Great personal attention for knowledegable Mercedes owners
I am amazed the difference between customer treatment at different MB dealerships. You can throw all the lattes and Danishes at me you want but as a MB owner, I assumed the first priority would be excellent customer attention -not so. However, Rich Van Sickle at MB of Tucson provided just that kind of personal attention. Rich returned all my calls promptly and made sure that all my technical questions were answered. His follow-up is great-something we always hope is compatible with the high-end product we're bringing in for service. Thanks Rich - I'll gladly drive 3-1/2 hours to do business with someone who's professional and attentive!

Very professional
Jason worked with me to purchase a new GLA and he made it an excellent experience. He was informative, caring and very professional. I recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. He is an asset to this Mercedes Dealership. Max and Jesse made this an excellent car buying experience as well. We are first-time M-B owners and this was our second visit to M-B of Tucson. And just like our previous visit, the customer care, support, and service were nothing less than OUTSTANDING! Steve Shumaker, Service Advisor, was prompt, courteous, and professional. His down-to-earth personality is a very welcome and refreshing trait that my wife and I do not usually experience when dealing with other high-end establishments. Steve not only hears what our concerns are, but actively listens (pays attention) and as a result resolved our concerns in an expeditious manner to our utmost satisfaction. Thank you for going above and beyond and making our visit a pleasurable one.

Excellent advice on prepurchase private-sale inspection
Accurate tech inspection of a possible private purchase revealed deferred maintenance equal to 25% of sellers price. Service manager provided superb advice. Expert resource. This dealer provided service well beyond expectation at a very reasonable price.

I have used Mercedes Benz of tucson since 2006 when I came to town with my 2002 S55 AMG. I have had the Team service (4) MBs I have owned. I purchased a car from them in 2014 which is a CL63 AMG. Exceptional Leadership and Service environment.

Great buying experience!
Just purchased a car from Mercedes of Tucson and it was such a different car buying experience from previous purchases. Pleasant sales people, not pushy, honest and helpful, fair prices on the purchase and the trade-in appraisal. Everyone was so nice to work with! What a great team!

Great dealership, make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
I recently purchased a new Mercedes Benz from MB of Tucson and they made the buying experience really pleasurable. The sales person (Allen Pollack) was extremely knowledgeable about the product and had a relaxed, no pressure sales style. Allen worked hard to craft a competitive deal, and made me feel great about my vehicle selection. Excellent Customer Service!!
The customer service at MB-Tucson was one of the best I have experienced. Max, who worked with me is an amazing guy. Helped me get all the information I needed and arranged to experience the car before I decided. The experience was different from normal stores in the sense the people at MB-Tucson were there to help me get what I want instead of getting the sale. Max and Greg helped me get what I want and gave good advice too. It was great talking to Brian, the manager whom I met the first day I visited the showroom too. Even if I move, I would rather get my next car from here, because the people here are really great.
