I am 72 years old. They told me the truck I purchased had a 3.5V6 engine with a tow package. It has neither. Engine is a 2.7liter V6 and no tow package.... They charged me $360 for a security system that was never installed. After the sale, they had no time for my complaints or concerns.
If I could put less than 1 star I would. My parents went in last July to trade-in and purchase a new car. They are on a fixed income( they are 75 years... old) and was trying to stay close to their current payment. They walked out with a $687 payment (almost $300 more than their current payment). Looking at the paperwork I noticed the income that the dealer stated on their credit application was over $3000 a month more than what they really make. I called the dealer and asked to speak to a manager to discuss and was told that they didn't do anything wrong and the "income was close to what they made", really?? They would have never qualified for this type of loan without the dealer falsifying the credit application to the bank. I asked to speak to the General Manager and was told they would call me. I never received a call, imagine that! I also told the manager Chris that I spoke with that I guess I need to contact the Attorney General he said "well I guess you do what you gotta do" I shouldn't be surprised.

Bob was great, he listened and understood what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was patient and genuinely concerned with my questions. Even after... the sale I know that he is available for any questions that arise. I would and do definitely recommend Bob to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.. I told him what I would like in a truck and like magic he found the perfect one. Everything I wanted in a truck and it was a new vehicle. Very easy transaction. Do nice I already had an Explorer, I just wanted one like it but new. Bob went through the inventory, found a couple that mirrored... the one I had. Very helpful-answered every question. Found a match to our 2013, sifted out the ones we didn’t want so we didn’t waste a bunch of time. This is our second vehicle from Holmes Tuttle-third from a Jim Click dealership. I’ve had only great experiences with them. I’m a loyal Ford girl!
