We purchased a Nautilus Black Label SUV yesterday.
We purchased a Nautilus Black Label SUV yesterday. From the moment we got out of our car until we drove out of the showroom we felt valued and appreciated as a customer. Kudos to Sal, Scott and Jose. When I was hungry they brought me food, when I was confused they were patient, when I asked a question they had an answer or found someone who did. Just a very pleasant experience all around. Just before we drove away Sal put a huge silver bow on the hood of our vehicle and snapped photos for us. A very special touch and memory.

They process us just as brutal as must dealerships
They process us just as brutal as must dealerships buying. Then they lied about the warranty they sold us and want to "prorate" the refund. Trying to work with Norberto Gonzalez on making it right, but he's trying to pull all the normal scummy tricks to save a dime.

I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership in
I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership in the last four years. Most recently a 2022 Ford F-350 King Ranch Diesel. The truck has had several issues. I paid over $100K for this vehicle including the “service for life”….what a joke that is. This spring my engine check light came on. When I called the dealership, they told me it would be three weeks before they could look at it. Then last week, my batteries quit, so I called the dealership. They told me it would be TWO weeks before they had time to look at it and honor their three year warranty…I ended up buying the batteries on my own. Just today, I called them about a warranty issues with my wipers, and they actually told me it would be EIGHT, yes EIGHT weeks before they would have an appointment. I have had numerous other issues. NONE of them have been fixed by this dealership. After purchasing over $180K in vehicles, I can tell you stay away. Their service department, ESPECIALLY their Diesel side of the house should get a ZERO. I love my Ford Superduty, and I have owned many Ford trucks. STAY AWAY from this dealership. I now go to Green Valley. At least they are professional and helpful. Except for the fact that it is a 45 minute drive. I don’t usually post negative comments, but this dealership deserves a big fat ZERO. Their service department is the WORST I have EVER experienced. If you want a Ford, go buy it where the service actually stands behind the vehicle. Holmes Tuttle has MAJOR issues with support on Diesels. I will NEVER go to this dealership again. The question on this review are about the service received. I have to state that I have NOT received service on my truck on THREE separate occasions. EIGHT weeks to schedule warranty work and an oil change????? REALLY. Maybe it’s time they pay their workers a better salary. I feel sorry for the very nice and professional service advisor (Chris) who has to tell customers they have to wait over EIGHT weeks to get service….and tell them to call another dealership.

My wife and I purchased a brand new 2023 Lincoln Corsair
My wife and I purchased a brand new 2023 Lincoln Corsair in February 2024. We traded in 2 of our vehicles for the Corsair. 3 months later, with 800 miles on the vehicle, we start experiencing warnings such as service engine soon, a waste gate valve issue as well as unidentified sounds coming from rear of car. We paid out of pocket $45,227 + 2 trade ins at $4,522.07 for a brand new vehicle. With all these issues, I attempted to reach out to the dealership to ask them to trade this one in for a more dependable Corsair. According to the dealership my trade in value would only be $27, 175 and I would have to have up front 30,000 - 33,000 trade in. Between the depreciation of our new vehicle and putting us in one that is more would cost us an additional $30,000 putting us at a loss of $22,574. Rather than bite the bullet, they wanted us to trade in a perfectly new car and dish out an additional 30,000 + for another new car. Don’t know how they can sleep at night. Unhappy customer

Disreputable dealer that could care less about you after
Disreputable dealer that could care less about you after the sale I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from them in March. The rather shady salesman threw all the usual euphemisms at me like “we’d really like to earn your business, blah, blah, blah” (as I was able to obtain a good deal after some negotiating back and forth, I ignored the obvious red flags), but when I discovered serious issues with their paperwork after the sale, the dealership provided zero help. Although I paid them an additional $500 for the Karr Security BT protection, their paperwork showed the protection as being “Declined” (fraud?). Moreover, the car was advertised as having the Ford Blue Advantage Gold Certified protection, which both the sales rep and Finance Manager confirmed several times, but I was given absolutely no paperwork, something the Sales Manager at my local Ford dealership said that I definitely should have received. Multiple phone calls and e-mails to the sales rep, the Finance Manager, and ultimately the General Manager, requesting that they correct these issues in the paperwork, were patently ignored. If you’re planning to buy a new vehicle, don’t think about giving these xxxxxxxx your business, go to a reputable dealer!

During price negotiation they told me that window tint
During price negotiation they told me that window tint for $599 had already been installed and couldn’t be removed so I included this in my offer. I later noticed that the tint had not been applied. I live over 100 miles from the dealership so I requested a refund for this. They refused.
