Richard (Coach) worked well with us, closing out our 2018 and up grading into the 2020 Rouge. He identified some of our up grades. We find the vehicle... offers a nice ride. The dealership does follow Vivid protocols.
we took our vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation, we were offered the promotion that they had going on! Great Deal!! our vehicle was done when... they said it would be. everyone there was super friendly! we will be taking our vehicle back again for future maintenance.

I called Lisa, my service rep, and she checked to see if she had the part in stock. It was and two hours later I was there and it was done in 30 minutes.... Everything went very well.
