I purchased my first Nissan from this dealership 15 years ago and was extremely happy with it and the service received. I was treated like family. When I looked for a newer vehicle, there was no other place that I wanted to look. I found an amazing 2025 Nissan Kicks there and I loved it! When ready for its first service, I was thrilled to be greeted by the same amazing Service Manager, Michael Kreuzer, to make my visit run smoothly, just as he had done all those years. I had an excellent experience in setting up a new lease and turning my current lease in. Eric Encinas, the internet sales mgr. understood my needs and we completed most of the paperwork before I arrived at the dealership. I appreciated the fact the Eric recognized my level of knowledge and handled the deal to my satisfaction. We were only at the dealership about an hour as I was able to model the deal on their website. We were introduced to the Service Mgr. and service team and I am confident they will meet our service needs.
