I have been in the market for a used car over the last few weeks and I did not think I would be able to find a good deal here in Tucson. I will keep this short and sweet...after contacting dealers in Phoenix and Tucson I found a car I liked a Thoroughbred. I feel extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Elizabeth Cota in sales. She listened to my needs, understood what my price points were and she did not give up in looking for the perfect car for me. No high pressure, no BS, no games when it came to the car or making the deal. In fact with her help I was able to make the deal in less than hour! Repeat, in less than an hour we had a deal on the car. :-) I can count on one hand and don't need all my fingers when I think about how many times I have had this experience in the past at other dealers. I never enjoyed buying a new car because I dreaded dealing with salespeople, especially car salespeople. My experience at Thoroughbred Nissan was a good one. Eric did a great job. I started the internet process and was surprised when I received a personal e-mail from Eric about two hours after I placed my questions. This is impressive when you consider that I placed the order after working hours. Eric met us at the dealer. He answered all my questions and had a lot of patience when I tried almost every Nissan model in the lot. In the end, we ended up with a new Altima 2021 within my estimated budget. Later, Mike, a hilarious guy, helped us receive a "close to nothing" financing rate. The most exciting part was that the whole process was without any pressure that you will typically find in the car dealerships. Thanks to Eric, Mie, and their teams. I will recommend this dealer to anyone.

I bought my second truck from Thoroughbred Nissan this past weekend. The last truck I bought there was a 2014 Titan and the sales experience was great then. They have only made the buying experience more enjoyable and efficient over the years. I drove through just browsing and found my dream truck. Two sales people approached while I was looking but I never felt pressured, they were very helpful and let me “do my thing”. When I had questions they were Johnny on the spot. Paul Hains and David Sanchez were amazing! They had me behind the wheel and out of there in about two hours! Best buying experience I’ve had.
