The service was phenomenal.

The service was phenomenal. The staff were friendly and helpful. Had snacks and water/coffee for the customers who wait. Car wash and air in my tires I can tell the mechanics are great. Big thank you to Adolfo.

I had an appointment for a recall to fix my windshield

I had an appointment for a recall to fix my windshield washer. I had already been in there to get it fixed and they didn't get it fixed that was on the 21st of February. Today I brought it in they knew why I brought it in. After sitting there for 3 and a half hours I'm told they don't have the part to fix it. I live an hour and 15 minutes away. This is totally unacceptable.

Google Review for Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Tucson ⭐ 1 Star (If I could give zero, I would.) I am absolutely appalled by the gross negligence, incompetence, and complete lack of accountability displayed by Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Tucson. My experience with their service department has not only resulted in severe vehicle damage and financial loss, but I was also injured due to their negligence, which led to a catastrophic brake failure. Their failure to properly diagnose and repair my truck put my safety at risk and has caused lasting financial and physical consequences. I brought my 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel into their service department for suspension repairs about a year ago (not quite a year). At that time, they performed suspension work on my truck but never once mentioned any concerns about zip ties being used on my suspension. If improper zip ties were truly an issue, they would have absolutely noticed this when working on my vehicle. However, they never brought it to my attention, never recommended a fix, and never warned me that it was unsafe. It was only after my brakes catastrophically failed—an issue they previously failed to diagnose—that they suddenly tried to shift the blame onto these zip ties. Now, in a desperate attempt to avoid taking responsibility for their incompetence, they are falsely claiming that zip ties on my suspension caused my brake failure. This is clearly not the case—they are simply trying to cover up their failure to properly diagnose my brakes when my truck was originally in their service department. Their negligence led to my brakes locking up, further damaging my vehicle, damaging my suspension, and causing me bodily injury. Due to their inability to properly diagnose my brake issues, I was involved in an incident where my brakes completely locked up, which forced me to go to the VA hospital emergency room and now requires ongoing medical treatment. This has directly impacted my ability to work, as I am in construction and rely on my truck for daily operations. Customers Beware: Negligence and Zero Accountability This dealership has demonstrated clear negligence, misrepresentation, and unethical business practices. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they blame the customer, refuse to properly diagnose issues, and put drivers back on the road in unsafe vehicles. • They have failed to properly repair my truck. • They have repeatedly refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. • They have falsely accused me of causing the damage myself. • They have ignored glaring safety issues and sent me back on the road in an unsafe vehicle. • They have yet to provide a real diagnosis of my brake failure. I Am Taking Action—And I Urge Others to Do the Same At this time, I am covering all out-of-pocket expenses for repairs, towing, and medical costs caused by their incompetence. I will be seeking full reimbursement and compensation. I have already reported this dealership to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Arizona Federal Trade Commission and have begun reaching out to other regulatory agencies including: • Arizona Attorney General - Consumer Protection Division • Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) - Dealer Licensing and Investigations • National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) - Consumer Protection Bureau • Southern Arizona Veterans Legal Aid Additionally, I am currently in the process of attempting to work with local media, including KGUN9 News, to expose these unsafe practices to the public. Larry H. Miller Dodge—You Have 24 Hours to Respond I expect a formal response and resolution from Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Tucson within 24 hours. If they refuse to take responsibility, I will escalate this issue to legal action and pursue all remedies available within the confines of the law. I am not just a dissatisfied customer—I am a successful business owner with multiple companies, including a construction com

We were beyond impressed with Jesse's professionalism and

We were beyond impressed with Jesse's professionalism and his kindness. We were greeted promptly and explained exactly the procedure for diagnosis and the time frame required. Once the diagnosis was completed, Jesse called and explained they could get the repairs completed same day. We were so happy and grateful that this could be done same day. Jesse's communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We are from Canada and here for the winter. If we require any further repairs, we will definitely return and ask for Jesse Thanks so much!

Service mgr Manny lied and said he would make it right.

Service mgr Manny lied and said he would make it right. He charged us almost $1000.00 for a battery ground and it needed both a new battery and alternator ( still had cardboard on the alternator) Would not recommend this place to touch any of our vehicles ever again!!!!! Terrible customer service and it sat for 2 months with nothing done and didn’t fix the problem DO NOT GO THERE
