Was in town from WI for the Tour of Tucson bike race.

Was in town from WI for the Tour of Tucson bike race. I was greeted by Brandon, a service assistant? who instantly recognized my plates on the van. He was extremely welcoming, engaging and we talked about cheese, the Tour, the marathons he ran in Milwaukee WI, and his service to our country, 31 yrs. I was in the waiting room and he came back to speak with me and gave a military challenge coin. I was completely taken back by his hospitality. His personal touch and smile definitely was a pleasant surprise. That personal touch is what sets great businesses apart from good businesses. The dealership is fortunate to have employees like Brandon.

Horrible experience by far, spent over 8 thousand dollars

Horrible experience by far, spent over 8 thousand dollars on repairs for a new engine and they've had my vehicle for 4 months and now i Have to pick up my van in a non working condition after paying over 8k. Nice to see they made a profit off of me and here I am with a non working vehicle!

Saturday, I made an appt.

Saturday, I made an appt. online for Monday 2pm, explained in comments needed 4X4 solenoid looked at. Arrived on time, was told no one could look at until wed. was told to come back wed. between 715 and 730 and a mechanic would look at it Wed. arrived at 720am. now it obvious Im not on the appt. list. Dillion didnt put me on the list for wednesday, and so now he is scrabling and telling me hes doing me a favor in moving me up in the line, and it would be hours before anyone could look at it ?? he's indignant and says " well this is a busy shop". ok, isnt that what the online apppointment system is supposed to sort out ? very disappointing the lack of communication and customer service. The purpose of an appointment is so that BOTH parties can find a mutual time to conduct their business based on Both of their busy schedules. Customers time is apparently not as important at this Dealership.

I bought a truck and paid the down payment.

I bought a truck and paid the down payment. We had a horrible turn of events in my family and I missed a bunch of calls from Dodge, also thinking they were spam. Then my health took a turn for the worst. Long story short, they needed ONE paper signed and my DL. I was not in town, dealing with family, and my own health. I missed their calls. They threatened to report the vehicle as stolen, so I offered to have it towed WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL. I had my cousin drop it off because they insisted on just picking it up. I didn’t want to leave the keys with it because anyone could’ve taken it. They said once they received the key, I’d be refunded. I had it mailed to them. They confirmed. Fast forward to almost a month later, they are telling me that they won’t refund me because they had to pay for a tow (I offered to cover this) and there was damage to the truck. So now I have to pay my attorney to recover only 500$, plus court fees, and additional, due to the headache they’ve caused, especially with my health being jeopardized. Worst dealer and worst experience ever.
