Knowledgeable staff

I bought a 2017 RAM back in August of last year. So far I love it, coming from Ford I always heard negative reviews of RAMs. But the truck handles the way a truck should. Will definitely always be a member of the RAM family.

Warranty service on drivers door lock

Had recurring problem with door lock. Part ordered for warranty repairs. Will write final review when work has been satisfactorily completed in the next few weeks

Larry h Miller Service Review

Hello, i just recently had service done on my 2017 dodge journey, oil change full vehicle inspection rotated tires also a recent recall and with only 1 day scheduled appointment which was awesome, also while waiting my regular rep suppose to have been booked up but when i arrived and i greeted Todd and he went the extra mile and moved my vehicle in line for maintenance also he saw my other appointment for my scratch and dent repair for the following week and he spoke with the body repair and had my dent pulled and allready to go in under 2 hours now that is awesome customer service at its best so now i no longer need my other appointment. Thanks Todd at Larry H Miller Service department. You guys do a fantastic job thank you for your Great Service. It is gratefully appreciated...

Went in for my routine service on vehicle I purchased 8 months earlier. Very positive experience. Kellie was very friendly and extremely efficient. I felt welcome and everything went smoothly.

Bad service!!

Took my truck for service this afternoon, when I arrived advise the lady not to do wash,tire rotation or inspection just oil change took long just for that when finally done inspect my truck they had wash and saw the had broke my billet antenna, service advisor saw, I told lady it wasn’t the first one That past service they had broken another one that’s why had told lady not to wash truck!! lady said that she was sorry! it looks like they don’t care about people recommendations they do it anyways!!

Staff ignored me, only two employees helped me.

A man with a nicely dressed helped me by taking my keys because of a long car line and a lady with black hair helped me with the paperwork when I went to pick up my car after the oil change made my rating an excellent otherwise I would of put that it was poor. If they didn't work there. I was ignored inside and seems like no one wanted to make an effort to help me, beside these two wonderful people. They went out of their way to help me. To the two people who helped me, thank you and I really appreciate everything you both did to help me feel a little more comfortable despite all the other guys that were just sitting around.

Went to get tires and it was quick and easy Mike was professional and I'm very happy with visit Awesome Tires the Michelin pilot sport 4s are worth every dollar

LOF done correctly

Just dropped for LOF and windshield washer trouble. Lisa got my truck right.in. .Lisa is always so very helpful.Been going to her over12 years and no complaints.
