Great experience
took my vehicle in for airbag recall, while in for this free repair: they washed , vacuumed and cleaned my tires, dash etc. Jim was really nice and helpful. Great first impression. Thanks

Excellent service for warranty repair
I took in my newly bought used 2015 Charger because my power steering warning light came on. Service advisor Carlos Elias had the car checked and told me I needed a new power steering module, but it had to be shipped in from Los Angeles, so he arranged for a free rental car for me until the repair was finished. Within 24 hours, I got a call from him that my car repair was completed. When I arrived, Carlos had my car washed and ready to go. He also spent some time with me helping to edit some settings in the car. Of course, because my car is still under factory warranty, there was no charge for anything.I appreciated how well I was treated, and how well they took care of my car.

Was a great experience. Lately with all my visits to any dealership, appointments have been lousy. But this one was great. And like I said, all dealerships that have the dodge brand have been lacking. Not just here. But this visit was great. Please keep it up! Also used the Internet and text to get an appointment. That was great too! They text me back and scheduled appointment.

needed maintenance
Brought my Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel in after towing a fifth wheel from Maryland for an oil change and a check engine light. After diagnostics it was determined that the EGR system needed service. It was done promptly and completed on time. John was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process.
