Ethan was fantastic.
Ethan was fantastic. I emailed about an internet price and he was quick to respond and get me all the details. What was listed is what I got. Added taxes, tags and destination. Offered me a competitive price for my trade, after sending the information and pictures. Ran my credit and offered the Chevy 2.9%. And when I got to the dealership (I fully expected to get the runaround on price, financing and the trade) Ethan had the paperwork ready. We took the truck for a spin. Signed. Went into finance, signed and switched a few things over from my truck. It truly was what the car buying experience should be. The Sales Manager (Martin Simon) even came out and thanked me for my business and asked how Ethan treated me. Oh yeah, I should add, I live in Berlin , MD, 2.5 hrs away. Would I prefer to buy closer to home? YES! But the eastern shore right now still thinks it’s Covid time, there is no internet and everyone is desperate for their 4 cars. I can’t rave enough about my experience.

Purchase of 2023 Equinox experience
Bought a 2023 Equinox. Brandon and all the sales staff were awesome. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a Chevrolet. The only issue I had is when I got home I noticed all four tires were under inflated (29 psi). They are suppose to be 35 psi.
