    Josh Arnett took care of ny vehicle for me. I purchased it somewhere else but it was covered under warranty and they fixed it for me. I was very pleased... with him. He was very professional and helpful to me! I want to thank him and Don Hall Chevrolet !! Excellent service department

    I contacted the dealership and spoke to their new internet manager, John. He was very polite and professional. Not only was he able to answer my questions,... he was very informative and let me know that they had a few other vehicles that may work for me as well. I actually bought one of the vehicles that he suggested! Everyone at the dealership was great! The managers and sales staff were very polite and all seemed to be very knowledgable. I will definitely buy all of my cars from this dealership in the future!

    Purchased a car from them 4/17. 2 electronic issues fixed at time of purchase. After that ABS acting up, refused to fix. 10/17 engine seized up, metal... shavings in oil. New motor needed. Refused to assist with repairs. After speaking with several certified mechanics, found out that this particular vehicle and year had many problems with electrical system and engine. So, in a nutshell, they sold me a lemon and knew it all along. Will never buy from them again.

    We have purchased our last 2 cars from Jason Lawson. We researched new and used on cars.com, researched several different dealers, in three states..... while researching we found that we can also schedule appointments on this app.. we have since been coming to the service department as well. Great people all around .
