Best Truck Ever . . . Twice

The first vehicle I purchased from Norris Ford was back in 2016 and I couldn't have been happier with the service or the vehicle. It was the truck I had wanted since I was a little kid. Since then I have referred them to family and friends anytime someone is looking for a vehicle. My poor truck was totaled recently and I contacted Stan Ma at Norris for a new vehicle. He walked me through the process, explained a few features that I was wondering about, and even talked me out of a few that he knew I didn't need, to keep cost down. I drove off the lot yesterday in a brand new F-150 and I couldn't be happier.

service visit for an oil change which took 3 hours...

service visit for an oil change which took 3 hours without explanation or contact with tech. Every hour I had to ask tech what was happening, no appropriate explanation given. Car was found in the back after my request to leave and no one notified that oil change completed. No paperwork done nor a car wash. Still don't know general status of my tires, brakes etc. which I asked for answers. No one has contacted me for the severe poor service. After more than 5 years going for service here I will not return.

Service and Repair, very bad. Took my 2003 Honda Accord in for oil change, free safety inspection as I was going on a long trip. Over priced for oil change but worse; three days later, on way to work, alternator went up which also took down my battery, leaving me stranded. Had to have car towed back to Honda dealership-missed day of work. Service dept. told me alternator was bad, which drained battery; must replace both, would cost $1,300 but worse, part would not be in for 3 weeks. So, oil change, free safety check but brakes squeaky. No car for three weeks at least-will have to get a rental car. Service dept. claim due to Covid, parts aren't coming in regularly-Worst experience ever in price and no fix for situation. Still attempting to resolve. Will look for a different mechanic and have it towed once more! WORST SERVICE EVER! and this is a DEALERSHIP! Note to customers of Honda; if your car is out of warranty, don't take your car here, not even for an oil change, they will over charge or create a problem for your car-Go to a regular mechanic. SAVE YOURSELF!

Very bad experience. My car was under warranty. I had a noise on my car and they just could not find it. They said they had two guys tested drive. Why was I going through those much trouble for no reason? I tested drive with one of their guys, and I showed him exactly when the noise occurred, and he kept denying it. Furthermore they asked me to pay $130 diagnosis fee, and I said I did not want to pay, since they could not find the cause. One of their representative threatened me to call the policeman only after 3 min arguing. I swear to god it did not get physical nor my voice was out of roof. They may just don't have the expertise to solve the problem, and all they can do is asking for money. Very disappointing! I have been so many dealers', and none was like that.

The Worst

We had an appointment with Phil he was busy and unable to assist us. He was very nice and I was disappointed that he was not available for the scheduled appointment (I arrived on time) and he informed me that the vehicle I wanted wasn’t available and another agent had grabbed the key to it and I could not look at purchasing it. My appointment had been made early morning the previous day. In addition, he recommended a colleague who we didn’t care for very much. She wasn’t that friendly, lied about a flaw on the alternative vehicle I was interested in (back seat lifts and should lock in place-she said that it wasn’t supposed to), and she was really unwilling to negotiate or even gave the appearance of being willing to negotiate on the price. It was a used vehicle, not brand new. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and purchased a vehicle (EX used /upgraded model for $5,000 less than her offer - with a properly functioning back seat that locks in place), very friendly sales agent, and he was willing to negotiate and brought the price to where I wanted to be. Overall, while my initial conversation with Phil the day prior was pleasant, from the moment I arrived and met Phil, it went downhill from there. I was very disappointed and it felt like a wasted trip, wasted gas, and waste of my time. Stay away from here!
