I bought a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Norris
I bought a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Norris Ford. I drove the car for three days and discovered it had no coolant in the reservoir. I added a gallon to top it off. I then took the vehicle to my mechanic who pressure tested the system and he discovered it would not hold the recommended pressure. I returned the vehicle for service under warranty. Several days later I was informed the engine had a head gasket leak and would need to be repaired. As I am well aware this can be catostrofic to the engine if not dis covered immediately. After weeks of emails to staff including the CFO of the company (who never responded) I called to find out if they were going to put me in a different vehicle and they would not respond. The service manager responded to me stating that after all my concerned emails they would put a refurbished engine in the car that has less miles on it than my car. Well after more emails the used (not refurbished) engine actually has more miles on it then the car. At this point I found it necessary to involve my attorney. I emailed the service department stating that their dishonest unprofessional behavior was unacceptable and I was finished dealing with them. They emailed several days later stating they would get an engine with less miles on it and replace the rear brake pads which didn't pass MD state inspection measurements. This vehicle was put on the lot for sale because it was a lemon. They are required to report to Carfax all repairs. This dealership is totally unprofessional and dishonest. BEWARE of what you purchase at any dealership. Especially Norris Auto group. Taking a mechanic with you could save you tremendous headaches. They have agreed to install a engine with less miles on it. However I cannot believe a word they say.

I didn't actually buy from this dealer.
I didn't actually buy from this dealer. I was working and shot them an email via their contact form. I told them I couldn't call and asked them two extremely simple questions. What did they reply with? To call them. I sent another email and they ignored literally everything once again and told me to call them. I decided to go elsewhere since they seemed pretty incompetent and that's when they decided to continuously spam my email, both about the car I inquired about and other cars there that I had absolutely zero interest in. I've since blocked them because the daily emails were ridiculous and I just didn't want to deal with them at all after that. If you're going to do business with them I suggest using a burner number and email otherwise they will never leave you alone.

After a bad experience at another Honda dealership,
After a bad experience at another Honda dealership, Norris was a breath of fresh air! Reilly, the sales manager and the finance manager were so kind, caring and really worked with us. It was honestly the best experience we have had buying a car!

Do not buy from here.
Do not buy from here. My wife recently bought a car from Norris Auto Group and it’s been nothing but problems. First off, the price listed on the website was different than the sticker price, which was different from the price the dealer said was the actual cost. Three different prices right off the bat. That immediately made me second guess dealing with them at all. It was the car she wanted and she got the lowest of the three prices so she bought it. They issued her a temp tag that was set to expire 30 days after the purchase. After waiting 25 days without an actual license plate showing up, she began to make calls to them trying to figure out what was going on. They tried everything from putting her on hold for hours to just plain hanging up when she called. They eventually sent another temp tag with incorrect information on it. My wife’s father began contacting the dealership and eventually the president of the dealership called him back. According to him (the president), the car was sold without a title and this is why they couldn’t provide a license plate. Selling a car without a title is ILLEGAL in Maryland. These guys are as shady and dishonest as it gets. Do not buy from them!

Bought a 4 year old used Mustang.
Bought a 4 year old used Mustang. Car was in great shape, looked new, even still had the new car smell. Very reasonably priced. Staff was professional and courteous. I financed through USAA and they let me drive the car home instead of waiting the three days it would take USAA to process the paperwork.

My relationship with Norris Ford started with an internet
My relationship with Norris Ford started with an internet request for more information about a 2024 Ford Raptor they had. Within 10 minutes of submitting my request I was called by a Sales Representative, Stan Ma. He provided answers to all my questions, and I ended up placing a deposit on the truck. When we arrived a Norris Ford to complete the sales transaction, Stan’s personality and professionalism put us at ease. He provided detailed descriptions of the trucks systems and capabilities and assisted in getting it set up for us. When we were handed off to the Finance Manager, Lee Walker, we continued to be impressed. As we were pre-approved for a loan, he focused on describing each of the extended warranty options and didn’t push back when we decided on the plan that met our needs. This was the easiest vehicle purchase that we have ever made. The Norris team was very professional and personable. We will highly recommend Norris to our family and friends, especially if they are considering the purchase of a specialty vehicle with no dealer markup.
