A tale of two story, why can't this dealership hire more good sales like Jae Lim? He is stellar during and after the sale, this is how you get more return customers and referrals to a luxury brand. On the contrary, Mark from Finance is a total xxx, impossible to get him to process a simple request, all he does is dodging your request and put you wait for months and months, delaying my decisioning process to get another car. Moral of the story - don't buy any warranty or packages he sweet talk you into buying, no need to pay him your hard earned money, he won't be there for you after you walk out of that dealership.

My experience at BMW Catonsville was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Ron Ventura had not only great preparation but also his experience as a knowledgeable BMW salesman. He hit all the key points we had previously discussed. Ron introduce me to the Finance Manager, Mark Sonn, so I could get to know all the key people involved in my buying process. About a week later, when I was ready to move forward, everything was perfectly prepared. Mark welcomed me back, and we kicked things off with a BMW welcome video before moving seamlessly into the financial details, expertly handled by Mark Sonn. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and even fun. Ron and Mark truly are the “Blues Brothers” of BMW Catonsville—Jake and Elwood of Sales and Finance in perfect harmony! Jasper J

I am happy with my purchase from BMW Catonsville. Benn Edwards was my sales associate. He took the time over two days to speak with me, answer my calls, respond to text messages, and the time it took to test driving all 3 cars I was considering. I have had my car for approximately 2 weeks and am extremely happy with my purchase. Joanna McCarthy took the time to speak with me to explain the different warranty options and confirm that I was happy with the purchasing process.

Avoid this dealership AT ALL COSTS.
Avoid this dealership AT ALL COSTS. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in 20 years. The incompetence is primarily due to a service manager named Mike Winter, who instead of communicating with customers will instead send you to vociemail for weeks until you have no choice but to come in and demand information. I found out after weeks of waiting that they couldn’t get a wheel lock and hadn’t even worked on my vehicle yet. Then I found out that they discovered 17,000 dollars worth of recall/defect damage and I was forced to pay out of pocket for a rental car. Their service manager in addition to not communicating professionally is also very thin skinned and holds grudges. Beware, if you ask too many questions or demonstrate that you weren’t pleased with any aspect of your service they will ignore your calls and even refuse your business. I just started my career and am getting ready to trade in my 2018 for a new bmw, but the terribly unprofessional conduct by Mike Winter has made me sure that I won’t be trading to bmw and I won’t be purchasing from bmw ever again. All because of a seedy, unprofessional manager named Mike Winter.
