Joanna was GREAT! She could not assist any more than she did. I worked with Joe Peng (who was equally great). It was just a new experience for me having the General Manager so involved on the sales floor/process and truly caring about the experience. Highly recommend!

When I visited BMW of Catonsville, I was partially convinced I would purchase the vehicle I went to test drive. After reviewing the vehicle features, capability and performance and comparing these along with the price/value to the other luxury car brand I had in mind, the sales representative Nakia Spencer sealed the deal. He was very straightforward with what the car offered and what the dealership and BMW experience would offer should I decide to buy the car. Additionally, the finance department knows their stuff! Mark was most helpful in explaining our finance options and helped us to make the decision to purchase the vehicle with financing through the dealership at a better rate than my credit union. I am very pleased with my purchase and know that I got a great value for the monies spent. I will recommend BMW of Catonsville, Nakia and Mark 10/10 every time. Thanks for such a great purchase experience!
