I have had 4 BMWs and my last experience at BMW of Catonsville was by far the best. From the day I walked in where Shaun went out in the rain to bring out a rare color I had stated I wished I could see, through the sales process with him where he kept me up to date on the build of my car, to the day it was delivered where he explained the rather complicated computer in car.. top notch personal service. Very awesome experience throughout. Will not buy another BMW anywhere else.
