Larry was uncommonly kind in his interactions with us.

Larry was uncommonly kind in his interactions with us. We greatly appreciated his service and that he treated us so well. No question went unanswered and we felt fairly dealt with. George was extremely helpful from the outset and very communicative. He was forthright in a way that made us feel comfortable. Khalid was as exceptional as George and Larry. He was very communicative and was patient in walking us through the financing process despite the late night. He even caught an oversite in the process and followed up with us the next day to make sure we had the chance to correct it. Thanks to all involved for a great experience.

I was not able to buy a car from George due to the lack

I was not able to buy a car from George due to the lack of inventory. However, I want to give him a shout out for his customer serves. He made it easy to talk to and understand the different trends of car that were available. I also found his honest insight as a expert in car sale very helpful. thank you for a pleasurable experience.

Called me about issues I was having and then said he would call me back the same day. I had to call him back the next day and still haven’t heard from him.

Not impressed at all.

Not impressed at all. Used the whole “leave my phone while I take my AirPods away to listen to your conversation” technique. She put her AirPods in while I was talking with her and she walked away to talk to her manager. I didn’t even say what style car I wanted to her and she came back from “talking with her manager” and knew exactly what I wanted and the color… they also said they had a bunch of Highlander’s in stock when I called, got there and they didn’t have one. Then wanted me to put a deposit down to hold a vehicle to test drive one. I came from a far distance because they said they had a couple I could test drive. Her attitude was also sub par. Totally disappointed in my experience. Went to another Toyota with a much better experience and purchased exactly what I wanted

There are better options for service!

Worst service experience of my life. Scheduled service for 10:10 am. Dropped off night before. Tried calling numerous times throughout the day to check the status of my vehicle; no answer, no call back. Went in at 6:00 pm to pick up my truck. They just got it into the service bay. 8 hours after my apt time. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!! I advise you to go elsewhere for your service needs.

9/23/22 Made an online reservation for oil change, wiper

9/23/22 Made an online reservation for oil change, wiper blades and my lane departure warning was not working. Arrived for my 10:40 appt at 10:30. Waited in line to get checked in for 40 minutes. Waited for shuttle, but no one could tell me when it would come back. Wound up taking an Uber to $15. Went back at 3:30. Advisor got paperwork together & had me sign. Unfortunately, it wasnt MY paperwork. Got mine and did they: Change oil----YES Replace wiper blades----NO Fix lane departure warning----NO Completely unacceptable. Will I take it back? Unlikely. I have bought 3 cars there in the last 6 years. Totally frustrated.
