I had such an awesome experience getting my new Acura ZDX at Acura South Bay in Torrance! Jennifer was amazing?she went above and beyond to track down the exact color I wanted and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. Also a big shoutout to Danielle, the general manager, for making everything run so seamlessly, Leo in financing for walking me through everything with zero pressure, and Jason for being super helpful along the way. I?m absolutely loving my ZDX and so grateful to the whole team. If you?re thinking about getting an Acura, this is the place to go?ask for Jennifer!

My wife and I enjoyed the entire buying process.

My wife and I enjoyed the entire buying process. Starting with kevin and then handled with care and support from Antwaun. The entire organization displayed warmth and professionalism.The leadership has opviously created an atmosphere that promotes problem solving and support. Can't say enough about Antwaun..he gets it.

Rob Cuhllins went beyond my expectations.

Rob Cuhllins went beyond my expectations. We are a soccer Family. We needed a Vehicle to fit our lifestyle and didn?t Break the bank?. We are so happy with our Acura MDX. It?s so sporty. My husband and I are super happy with it. My son loves the cool seats after a hot game. Leo Molina did our Finance. He explained everything in detail from a broken windshield to Towing. My husband and I are super happy we came to AutoNation Acura.

Robert Collins was very easy to deal with.

Robert Collins was very easy to deal with. He is the reason I traveled over an hour to get to your dealership while there were 5 closer Acura dealers to me. He is an excellent communicator, he was prompt in his responses and very efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I wasn't surprised to see everyone in the dealership greeting me with a smile which indicates to me that management treats their employees well. Great job to everyone!!!

They always have good customer service.

They always have good customer service. I always get a answer for the questions that I have. The place is always clean and you can serve your self with a good coffee or water. I also like that they can wash your car.

Did a one pay lease with Jordan from Acura South Bay and it was a streamlined process. The haggling was done over the phone and there wasn't any games once I arrived there. I did have a few cosmetic issues with the car that Danielle was able to help facilitate to fix. Would recommend purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership.
