    I had an insurance repair that needed to be fixed but waited over a year to address it. Service department got me in loaner went through process trying... to get it approved although it was approved a year ago. Insurance denied claim. During this time I was in a loaner for almost 10days. Instead of me having to pay out of pocket for loaner/rental, they worked with insurance company to cover the rental so I did not have to come out of pocket. Kudo's to this service team!

    We called before going just to make sure that they had the color and the package that I wanted on a TLX model, Andrew Jasienski was extremely helpful,... he called to notify that the car that I wanted was there, he stayed really late so we were able to see the car, I ended up getting the car and leaving the dealer almost close midnight, I really appreciated the fact that he allowed me to go so late, I ended up getting the car and I am very happy, what I liked the most is that we were able to agree on payment quickly and prices were reasonable not like other acura dealers in the area that were asking way too much

    No haggle buying and no pressure selling you the extra stuff. Took about one hour to look over the car and test drive, another hour with finance and that... was it. Car buying experience should all be like this.

    They tried to fix it, but couldn't. So they gave me a full refund of the shop fee. So nice of them. I would totally recommend this shop to a friend's.
