Prompt attention

I had to have my car towed in after hours. Bright and early the next day my service rep, John Davis, contacted me to discuss my car's issues. Not long after that he called me back with the mechanic's diagnosis and estimate. All the work and communication was swift and professional. I wish all service people were as prompt and courteous. I will take all of my Chevys there.

False advertising!

I saw a post for a car at $12,700. I went to see the car. It had lots of issues (dents, scratches, interior damage) none of which was disclosed in the ad. Moving past all that, when I asked to see the papers to consider buying it, they came back with $16,500. How can you advertise a car for $12k and then ask $16k? This is a bait and switch company. STAY AWAY!!!

2016 Equinox

I bought my new 2016 Equinox a week before everything was shut down for COVID 19. I was then laid off of both my jobs and couldn't afford the extended warranty. My engine light went on April 14 and I took it in for explanation. The gentleman explained to me that I had no warranty and that I would have to pay. It ended up being 2 intake solenoid valves and excessive carbon build up all for the whopping $585 which I don't have. This is ridiculous for a new vehicle that was just purchased with no such coverage??? I am very disappointed with your dealership and the way things were handled. This will also be a Yelp review!!

Loking at 2016 Toyota Camry

I located this car via and made contact with the dealer from the website. The dealership promptly responded to me and had the internet sales manager reach out to me. We set up an appointment for me to see the car. The salesmen was friendly and and quickly brought the car up for my inspection. He had a temp tag on the car and got me off on test drive within 10 minutes of my arrival. The car was in excellent condition, very clean inside and out. The salesman provided information about the features and helped with some of the technology features I was not familiar with. I am shopping for a car for my wife and this one definitely made the "short list". I plan to have my wife come back the the dealer and see/drive the car for her final decision. and Jerry's have made this an easy, pleasant experience.

Never responded to offer

I had been in touch with the internet sales manager for a bit with questions about a Chevy 2500. I made an offer on the truck via email. No response. I emailed again to ask if there was any feedback or response on my offer. No response. I could understand if I had lowballed their price but my offer was less than $1k off their asking price. Not sure what's going on at this dealership but, I guess they are not interested in selling vehicles. The truck is still listed for sale as of this review too.

This was probably the worst car buying experience I’ve ever encountered! First an foremost Jerry’s Chevrolet has been reaching out to me for the past year sending letters to my house about trading in my current 2013 Chevy Cruze. Being as though I’ve been having some car trouble when I got a letter this time I decided to see what’s this about. I called prior to even coming in because my situation was a little different (my current car is paid off however my title still has the lien holders name and where I brought my current car from is actually closed now) I first spoke with Jason he told me that’s not an issue and to still come in. I came in on Saturday an ending up spending my entire day there but I felt like it wasn’t for nothing because I got approved for a 2019 Chevy Cruze with trading in my current car. (After knowing what I know now these people completely wasted my time) My salesperson gave me the monthly payment amount, I called an put insurance on the new car. The process for me to go to financing got a little lengthily so I started trading all my things from the old car to the new car, got my tags taken off the old car. I’m really excited at this point about having a new car I’m ready to drive the car an get out the dealership. My salesperson decides to just put dealer plates on the car an have me comeback Monday because the finance person was still working with someone else. No worries, here it is Monday I come back to finish my paperwork get temp tags an leave so I’m thinking! No my title gets looked an they see I still have the lien on the title which I already told someone this via phone when I called Friday. Now it’s an issue of my car looking like it’s not worth anything because of the lien, an now need to go to MVA to have the title cleared. (MVA IS CLOSED TODAY) I feel played honestly! I told these people this prior to coming in the dealership! So if you knew this why not tell me via phone Friday I need to go to MVA to have my title cleared an then come in. Instead they wasted my whole day Saturday! Let me drive the car an take it home Sunday an then to work today! Just for me to be driving away in my 2013 Chevy Cruze an having to go through putting car insurance on this car AGAIN! THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL DO NOT COME HERE!!

Lies and financing without permission

My fiance tried to get financing for a 2019 Chevy Malibu. She was turned down. The dealership never told us and applied for financing on a completely different car that we don't want and are not interested in. When we finally got someone to respond to us we were simply given the VIN of a completely different car and when we asked about it the sales rep, who seemed like he couldn't care less, said we didn't get financing for the malibu so they went and financed a spark for us WITHOUT ASKING OUR PERMISSION. This is why people hate car dealerships. They abuse, manipulate, and lie. I already reported this business to the BBB. Practices like this should be illegal and those who continue to operate this way should be prosecuted. But, we don't like in a fair world; Only one where it's encouraged to manipulate and lie to a woman who wants to get a car.
