Happy camper in PA!

I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Koons Ford this past Saturday and have to say I had a great overall experience. Ford's website actually referred me to a different dealer when I made my initial online inquiry. However, I didn't like the salesperson or overall experience there so sought out a different dealer. And I'm glad I chose Koons. I contacted Koons Ford after seeing a Ford Escape model that interested me in the dealership's online inventory. I dealt with Matt Stoudt throughout the entire process from the intial email contact through to the actual sale and have to say he was great. He was friendly, honest, responsive and just a pleasure to deal with. In truth, everyone I talked to at Koons from Matt to the other salespeople I casually chatted with were friendly and made the overall car buying experience easy and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are intersted in purchasing a new Ford

Tom and Carol were amazing!

Tom and Carol were amazing. Because I'm tied up at work, it was very difficult for me to get away to go to Koon's and look at cars, and it was hard to find time to talk on the phone. I found the best price on a new Mustang GT that I've seen anywhere else. Tom worked with me over e-mail to confirm all of the features of the car and get the ball rolling on purchasing the vehicle. He was e-mailing me back as late as 10pm to answer my questions. There was no hassle over the price of the car or hidden/unexpected fees. Tom and Carol even worked to get me a financing rate that was lower than anything my bank could do. Oh, and the Mustang is pretty amazing, too. Fast is an understatement.

Fusion Hybrid

My wife and I traded in our Equinox and received an above market value in trade on a Fusion Hybrid. Mark Rodgers was professional, helpful, and friendly. If you want a new car, give Koon's Ford an opportunity to earn your business. I gave Mark a 5 out of 5 stars for an excellent deal on a fantastically cool car - 47 MPG, HELLO, you might cut your fuel bill I half. Call Mark. Joe & Genene FORD FUSION HYBRID

Purchase of a 2012 Jeep Cherokee Laredo

There are few words to describe the professionalism, courtesy, and customer-centric service given by this team led by Kevin Roy. The finance Manager Sam capped off one of the smoothest, most efficient buying process I've had the privilege of experiencing in quite some time. I left the dealership in my new (used) vehicle as I entered it, with my dignity, no anxiety, and the feeling that I was the only customer in the store during the transaction. It is truly a family atmosphere that I can honestly say, I am proud to be a part of! For as long as this team remains together, you will always get my business!!! Kudos to Kevin Roy, and Sam! Highly Recommend these guys

Very informative, up front and friendly staff. Answered all our questions up front and gave us a great deal on a great car. We were looking for an Escape and live a little over a hour north of Koon's so we wanted info up front and they provided it no problem. Drove down and no surprises at all. Very nice staff and a awesome selection of vehicles. Every step of the way of dealing with these guys was a pleasure, plus we got a great car for a great price!

2014 Ford Fiesta SE purchase

My experience at Koons Ford Baltimore was fantastic! Matt was extremely helpful in showing me different colors of the Fiesta, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want or didn't need. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he stuck to showing me that car and that car only. I didn't feel pressured at any point to make a purchase I didn't want, and he didn't try to pressure me into anything outside of the budget I was looking for. Matt was personable and friendly, both to me and my parents, who accompanied me as this was my first car purchase. The dealership also offered me a really great deal on the car, and gave me a good amount on my trade in. Carol Walker was a pleasure to work with in regards to the financing and loans, and took the time to spell things out for me very clearly. I had zero questions go unanswered. She also had a great personality, that made the entire process a little less daunting and a little more enjoyable! Overall, as long as my car runs smoothly and Koons Ford Baltimore continues to be helpful, I will most certainly look here for other future car purchases.
