Purchased a pretty much trouble free Explorer from here and have only had it serviced there,car has been reliable.Took it for service and William Marshall was phenomenal from beginning to end,friendly,professional and kept me updated on everything,as I had a lot to do,he coordinated my ride home and pick up back to Koons Ford causing no interruptions to my day and what I needed to do. Dealership looked good from the road,clean,tidy, customer cars lined up and the longe for customers was fresh,comfortable and very clean.Service was flawless as was Customer Service.Well done and keep up the forward momentum!

Outstanding service!!! Went in for an oil change and discovered my drivers side front axle bearing/seal needed replaced,the Service Advisor,William Marshall was fantastic,friendly,polite,professional.He discussed the Technicians findings,and before speaking with me,checked and confirmed I was still within the 5/60,000 power train warranty,so dealt with that on my behalf and also co ordinated a drop off home and pick back to collect my car,each time waiting no more than a few minutes.Excellent service and a great representative for Koons Ford!!

Very professional ,I traveled from up state ny in 2016 and now 2025,Michelle found a truck Saturday, I picked it up Monday ,with a trade in and was out the door in 2 hours and on my way home,the price was exactly what they quoted,no games played.this is what buying a car should be like,but unfortunately it usually is not.very happy
