My XT5 was due for return and I received a call

My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. Henry was very courteous and friendly and he introduced me to every new feature that my 2022 XT5 didn't have. Henry Then help me with all the set-up. I would Definitely Recommend Henry Flakes for a great SALESMAN along with the whole team

I recently went into dealship to have some service work

I recently went into dealship to have some service work done . In the course of waiting a wanted to take a look at some if the newer vehicles that were available in my price range I was only looking at the time I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Eric Mihelic he was very cordial professional and knowledgable person who actually has me really now considering the vehicle, I would definitely come back when I’m ready and purchase that car from him. It was a great experience.

Oh they answered my email rather quickly but didn’t

Oh they answered my email rather quickly but didn’t provide answers to any of my questions. In the email they sent a list of other cars also. The car I was interested in was 10K higher on their website. I’m done shopping on your cars. com website cause the information provided by Cadillac dealers in so far off on pricing and this isn’t the only one doing this.
