Bottom Line Up Front I'm a 53 year old retired Army Veteran They did body work on my car and I trusted them to stand behind their work. They gave me... their word. Their paint started peeling off my car, due to a known issue according to their very own painter. Their Service Manager told me we'll fix it, no problem. Paint Shop Manager, Eugene says, yes, we'll fix it Then some unknown Manager at the dealership tells the Paint Shop, no. The fun begins... General Manager, Jordan Jackson would not even talk to me or give me a call back and wasted 2 of my lunch hours. The Owner, Greg Jackson told me they would take care of me and then reneged and told the paint shop, No. They'll sell you a car and take your $$, but God help you if you need to use their Service Dept or Paint shop! DON'T TRUST PRESTIGE Cadillac!!

However, Prestige Cadillac has no affiliation with the Toyota facility where your veh...icle was originally serviced several years ago. Thus, as we have never performed work on your vehicle, we are unable to accommodate your request for a warranty of service. Let me start by saying I bought a vehicle last year July 2018. First off don't buy any extra warranty not worth it plus they will lie. Anyways, I went... to the service a few times since i bought the vehicle. Every single time and I mean it like everytime the customer service was very poor. I couldn't believe it! The service employees at the desk each time showed no kind of appreciation. I felt like they didn't care at all any time I went. Always made it hard for me with anything I asked or needed for service. After those few times I vowed to never return again. Recently in July 2019, I decided to give them one last chance. When I went in I noticed there was only one employee at the service area. His name, Brandon. His approach was different! Postivitly different! He showed respect and care from the get go. Instantly, I felt appreciated. He made the service time very helpful and with great care. It felt great to see this. I new there had to be a change because there was no way the service management was the same. Definitely going back and I would like to point out that Brandon is a beast and very respectful in the utmost way imaginable.

I met my Sales Expert, Aaron Thomas, at the Dealership 6 months prior to my purchase. He was very informative and took time to understand what I wanted.... He was not pushy and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. When I was ready, I reconnected with him and purchased my dream car, an XTS. In a couple of years I will be ready to upgrade and I will be returning to Prestige. I first came to Prestige to have my Enclave serviced. I am also very happy with my service experience and will continue to use Prestige to service my Enclave. I am actually getting new tires for that vehicle now.
