Henry Flakes Jr at Prestige Cadillac

After years of wanting but yet denying myself of getting this beautiful luxury car, God and Henry Flakes Jr. over at Prestige Cadillac on Van Dyke in Warren Mi made it happen. Mr. Henry Flakes (Always well Dressed) and staff was very professional, courteous and hospitable. He made me feel that he was truly just as Happy for me as I was. Sales Associate: Henry Flakes went over and beyond for Kathy Rudolph. Cadillac XT5. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. He was patient, kind and very thorough. I was concerned about taking up too much of his time and he was concerned that I received the car selection that I desired. Mr. Flakes understood this purchase being my first without my spouse, who passed away 2 years ago. He was very understanding and was very kind to my service dog, Nobe. Car was misrepresented. It was a BMW 740i not an Alpina...

Car was misrepresented. It was a BMW 740i not an Alpina B7. Thats like the difference between a base CTS and a CTS-V. Pointed it out to the sales department and did not hear back.

THE WORST SALES PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I Inquired about a car that was advertised on the Cadillac website for $46,605. I called the dealership to purchase it and they said I could only purchase it for that price if I worked for GM. I asked why they advertised it for that price if that wasn't the actual price. They said they always advertise employee pricing in Michigan, but if your'e not an employee the price is $51,000. I asked them to honor the price they advertised and they literally were rude and said thats not gonna ever happen. I asked to speak with a manager and Brent Buttrety said no he's going to tell you the same thing. I didn't care, I wanted to speak to him. so the manager called back and was extremely rude and when I asked for the number of the person I could speak to at "Cadillac " he would not give it to me and then hung up on me. HOW DO SALES PEOPLE LIKE THIS EXIST!!! They false advertise and treat you horribly when you call them out. I am embarrassed for Cadillac I have a deposit on a Mercedes Benz and had second thoughts and thought I would give Cadillac a shot, but trust me its worth the extra money to deal with a classy dealership. These guys are rude, mean, hateful and completely unprofessional. If I'm getting this type of "service" before I buy, I can only imagine how awful it would be after the sale is made... Cadillac, do something to save your image, these guys are going to ruin your business.

Liars and cheaters. Placed an order for a 2021 Cadillac...

Liars and cheaters. Placed an order for a 2021 Cadillac and paid a deposit. Was told by Jon Rossi, the manager it would take 45-60 days to arrive but it ended up taking 4 months. The day it finally arrived I went in to pay for it and pick it up but they had changed their mind about pricing and wanted to charge me $10k over msrp as well as not honor my GM discount. Ended up being $18k OVER our agreed price the day I placed the order, so I walked out. Completely unethical and illegal. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General of Michigan.

Worst service ever my husband drop his truck off...

Worst service ever my husband drop his truck off September 27,2021 for an oil change and brake service, its October 6 and no has called to update him he’s been calling they wont answer the phone and when they answer they tell him they will have the service manager call him back. We need answers and of course no call back from the service manager

Service at this dealer ship was terrible. I will never take my car for service there ever again. My car sat there for seven days and no one even called to tell me anything. There was service done on my car previously and the problem was not solved. The car was returned two times and still can’t diagnose the problem. Never again. No follow ups or correspondence from the associates or the help. Terrible Terrible Terrible

Buying experience with Henry Flakes

I normally don't write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge Henry Flakes as a great salesperson. He was very thorough in explaining the benefits of the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I am completely disappointed in the level of service...

I am completely disappointed in the level of service Sarah provided. Your dealership was my first experience trying to buy a new Cadillac, and you failed miserably. I ended up buying a new XT5 awd Sport from Cadillac of Troy on 4/7/21. 3/30/21: I was told XT5 stock number 131482 was available, so I submitted a credit application based on the fact that the car I wanted was available. 3/31/21: SJ then calls and tells me it is in fact not available, but has a backup plan to have another demo XT5 available so I placed a $100 deposit to hold stock number 132310. I tell her via text my absolute last day with my current lease is 4/8/21. 4/6/21: I call Sarah and leave a voicemail because I haven't received an update (why does the customer have to call and ask for updates????) and I am now TWO DAYS from my current lease expiring and not having any vehicle. She replied via text at 1:39pm and said "sorry I'm out at the auction picking up cars. But when I get back I will check the mileage. I was pretty sure my boss said the 8th he would make sure it was ready". I replied to her text "ok thank you! please let me know" 4/7/21: Sarah NEVER replied via text or called back 4/8/21: NO CALL OR UPDATE ALL DAY 4/9/21: nothing from the dealership 4/10/21: still nothing after I sent an email to both sales managers Because Sarah's communication was trash, I called Suburban Cadillac of Troy on 4/7/21 around 11am, I left their lot THE SAME DAY with the same XT5 AWD Sport in only 3 hours. They did what Prestige dealership couldn't do in a week in 3 HOURS. I was NOT about to risk going without a car when I have a 1 year old, I'm GLAD I chose to try another dealership, I would not have a car at all right now if I waited for her to do her job. How can I get my deposit back? It's not fair take a deposit from someone, promise a close date, and never hear back from them! Any one I come in contact with who compliments my Cadillac, I will make sure to tell them to avoid Prestige at all cost. 4/27/21: I receive a letter saying my credit was denied at prestige. I find that funny since Suburban Cadillac of Troy uses the SAME system, scans my credit a week later, and approved me on spot lol. If I was so called denied, why take my deposit, my license, give me a stock number, and promise me a closing date???
