I met my Sales Expert, Aaron Thomas, at the Dealership 6 months prior to my purchase. He was very informative and took time to understand what I wanted.... He was not pushy and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. When I was ready, I reconnected with him and purchased my dream car, an XTS. In a couple of years I will be ready to upgrade and I will be returning to Prestige. I first came to Prestige to have my Enclave serviced. I am also very happy with my service experience and will continue to use Prestige to service my Enclave. I am actually getting new tires for that vehicle now. Walked into Prestige Cadillac looking for a new vehicle and did not know what to expect. Their New Car sales team surprised me by giving me the best deal... in town. I was brought to Prestige Cadillac by a friend and did not know what to expect. When I walked in to the dealer the facility was very nice and all staff... seemed friendly to help.
