By the end of my experience, I was deeply disappointed with this dealership! This dealership advertises one price, then adds-on dealer installed items that were not advertised. Initially, I spoke with the finance manager and applied and was approved for a loan to purchase a vehicle (over 50K). When we discussed the items that formalize the final price, I found out the dealership had added additional dealer installed items (Paint protection and an anti-theft item) those added items increased the final price by thousands of dollars (over 2k). I told the Finance Manage that I wanted the vehicle and I would call back tomorrow to discuss the purchase., because there were about to close. The next day, I spoke with a salesman and when I question the dealership about those items, they told me to pay the additional cost or go somewhere else! I told them that I don’t want to pay for those features. Those features were not installed by the manufacturer, and the current certified vehicle is still under the manufacturer’s warranty. I called the office of the Attorney General of Michigan, and they referred me to another state agency to lodge a complaint... The last three vehicles my family has purchased have been new Cadillac SUV’s (Two XT4’s and a Optiq). Thank you, Cadillac! My wife and I are currently looking at German manufacturer’s. Potential buyer, please be aware! My experience with this dealership has taught me that this dealership will add unforeseen items not listed in the advertised price items and be inflexible about removing those unadvertised items. Especially, on a manufacturer’s certified vehicle that is still under bumper to bumper warranty for over 2 more years! Sorry for the lengthy review.

This is my second cadillac from prestige and the first time was smooth, my salesman was Henry Flakes who now has retired but very good. Now im in my second cadillac and I have had issues and the service department is the worse, I have been trying to get my car fixed since November and they keep saying they have to keep it over night and they don't have a loaner for me. Im here today only because I called GM and left a complaint and they called and set up an appointment for me and now there saying they have to order the part and still can't fix it but I will say all the people that were here in service looks like there gone and the lady Kelly Cox who is working with me is extremely nice and I definitely don't want to take it out on her because her manager Steve Taylor won't come out of his office and talk to me and I have left him several messages for months and now that I'm here at the dealership and she told him I want to talk to him but he's to busy and won't come out, terrible

This dealer clearly had no intention of selling me a car. I was pressured to test-drive a vehicle, then made to wait a long time with excuses like the test car has “low battery” and “the car is being cleaned.” When I asked for a quote, the salesperson/manager insisted I fill out a credit application first. When I refused, he told me to just visit the brand’s website to see pricing. If I could get the quote online, then my time at the dealership was completely wasted. I will never return to this dealer. If you’re someone who’s willing to fill out a credit application before even deciding whether to buy, this place might be fine for you. Otherwise, skip this dealer

I recently had my 2025 Cadillac XT5 serviced at Prestige Cadillac and received exceptional service from Aaron. He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process. When my vehicle needed to remain at the dealership for 72 hours, Aaron contacted multiple rental companies and ultimately arranged a dealership vehicle—something I’ve never experienced before. He truly went above and beyond and made me feel valued. Excellent customer service!

My XT5 was due for return and I received a call From Henry Flakes Jr. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he found a XT6 with all the options I wanted, I went over the following day and we made the deal happen. Henry was very courteous and friendly and he introduced me to every new feature that my 2022 XT5 didn't have. Henry Then help me with all the set-up. I would Definitely Recommend Henry Flakes for a great SALESMAN along with the whole team

I recently went into dealship to have some service work done . In the course of waiting a wanted to take a look at some if the newer vehicles that were available in my price range I was only looking at the time I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Eric Mihelic he was very cordial professional and knowledgable person who actually has me really now considering the vehicle, I would definitely come back when I’m ready and purchase that car from him. It was a great experience.
