Dishonest and poor service

Prestige Cadillac was one of the worst buying (or attempt at buying) experiences I have ever had from start to finish.... I was lied to by the salesman, the "finance manager", the store manager and was then left without a car and without any answers. I put money down on the vehicle, booked my plane ticket, rearranged my schedule to travel for pick-up and then received a call that my car "had been wrecked by the porter when he went and gassed it up". I asked for a picture of the wrecked vehicle...nothing. I was told I would get a call the next day...nothing. I was told the manager would call me....nothing. I emailed the manger, customer service manager and eventually the owner and....nothing. Of course, the car was not wrecked, they sold it under me but chose to lie about it rather than shoot me straight. These folks are dishonest, nonresponsive and outright liars. I would be warned before you chose to do business with them.

Terrible, dishonest and misleading service. Lied to over...

Terrible, dishonest and misleading service. Lied to over and over and then left with no car, no call back and no answers. Had to eat the plane ticket I bought to travel and pick up the car I bought which was then sold under me. The sales staff, finance manager, customer service manager, store manager cannot be trusted to do their jobs. I would look somewhere else if you want honest and reliable service.

Absolutely the worst! Terrible salesman never returned messages or sent me any information I requested.... don’t waste your time.. Salesman was just plain awful.... I just wanted to buy a car and they’ve lost a great customer

I would never buy a car from them. They are rude and...

I would never buy a car from them. They are rude and unprofessional. Their employee lowell Ford went out of his way to try and damage my business not sure why .

I’m a retired design eng from Gm and have purchased several Cadillac’s from Prestige Cadillac my latest purchase was a 2021 xt4 And my sales consultant Henry flakes made me feel like we were doing the transaction in my living room the dealership treats me like I’m the only customer I give Henry flakes and the dealership a completely satisfied !!!

We had the best sales man at prestige Cadilac mr Henry flakes he welcomed us from outside and was very friendly helpful knowledgeable and did his best to give us best deal ever and patient with explaining every single detail about the car and explaining everything about the car and paperwork and even helped calling the insurance and bank lady to get everything done fast and smooth .never had a great salesman and honest one like him and made us feel as family and after done with sale he even gave us a tour in the dealership and showed us all departments.very smart friendly patient honest and knowledgeable person and highly recommend him to any family and friends.thank you again for the beautiful car and best service ever God bless you all.

I came in not knowing what to expect until I met Henry Flakes. Amazing skills. Very good listener. I end up leaving with a great vehicle...just by saying I need HELP! VERY nice and respectful individual that treats you like Family. I would Definitely recommend this very nice gentleman to every family member and friend.

Sandra King helped me find the right Escalade! :)

I drove all the way from SW Michigan for an Escalade, and it was well worth the drive. I have purchased probably 40 or so cars from different dealers around the country, and thought the buying experience from Prestige with Sandra and Jim was the best I’ve had. The pricing was excellent, and I actually had a fun time buying a vehicle. No high pressure sales, and I felt the entire time like they were more concerned with getting me in the right vehicle, than making a quick buck. I tried to deal with suburban Cadillac in Ann Arbor first, but the Escalade they had was knocking! If your looking for an honest Cadillac dealership in the greater Detroit area that actually has GOOD prices, reach out to Sandra at prestige.
