Sold me a car with hidden frame damage f***e damage back

Sold me a car with hidden frame damage f***e damage back in July 2022 now I’m waiting to hear back from Michigan dos RMD for my fraud misrep complaint since I paid $400 for a 3rd party inspection and it’s been confirmed in September 2025.

My salesman Chris was awesome.

My salesman Chris was awesome. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through all of my options and made sure I got the best deal possible.

I worked with Bill Reed to lease my truck.

I worked with Bill Reed to lease my truck. I can not recommend him enough. Took the time to listen to what I wanted, did not pressure me at all, and got me exactly what I was looking for. There was one small issue, not Bill's fault at all, but he went way out of his way to solve it for me. This was the fifth or sixth time leasing through Bill. He is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. If you need a Dodge vehicle, I highly recommend "The Bill Reed Experience".

If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my Jeep (new lease) in April and had to bring it back within a week because of multiple warning lights going off . They kept my Jeep for two months with almost no updates. Calling their service department is pointless, the phones just ring and ring , and when you finally get through, you’re met with zero urgency, zero sympathy, and zero accountability. When I finally got my Jeep back after the two month's, it was worse than when I dropped it off. The center around the shifter wasn’t put back correctly, the door trim was cracked, the new shifter was gouged, the carpet wasn’t installed properly, a piece near the charging port was missing, the console was misaligned, and there was cleaning residue all over the door speaker. I had to bring it back AGAIN! They kept it for ANOTHER MONTH, only to find the carpet still messed up and the cracked trim lazily “fixed” by painting over it with what looks like black rubber once I finally got it back in my possession. I was told to basically deal with it at that point. Icing on the cake…the assistant manager said he would call me and help with getting reimbursed for my months of not having it. Spoiler alert - he never called me. You’re a MANAGER!!! The complete lack of communication, quality control, and respect for customers’ time is disrespectful. This dealership’s service is absolutely unacceptable. From the phones to the repairs, there is no care and no accountability. I would not trust them with even the simplest service such as replacing my wiper blades…. Avoid this place at all costs!!

All you need to know is they don’t answer the phone. You literally can’t get service because they don’t follow up and just transfer you to a voicemail, don’t waste your time and go to this dealership. Horrible experiences!!!

The only time the service has been good was when I

The only time the service has been good was when I purchased my vehicle from the dealership. Anytime I have needed an oil change or a recall, the service was horrible with the staff extremely rude. I can not recommend enough to NOT go to this dealership. I’ve learned my lesson after three times of continual horrible experiences.

Bill worked endlessly to ensure we stayed within our budget. He has helped my family with vehicles for years. I cannot recommend him enough!! We are so glad he has was able to get us our new Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Chris DeMartino was excellent to deal with. He was thoughtful and toook the time to make sure he was providing solid information so that my daughter would have a good understanding of her lease options and the costs involved.
