I don’t even want to rate them b/c they don’t even deserve 1 star. These people act like the people buying cars from them are beneath them; They are very rude. They act as though you are bothering them . Please do not buy a car from this dealership!

My 88 year old mom requested her car will run for the
My 88 year old mom requested her car will run for the next five years. The quoted her over $9k in parts and labor without saying her car is only worth $5k. They said they were only fulfilling her request. Nice going guys, no more business for you from this family. She has bought 3 cars from you and was looking to buy another one.

The service center here is horrible.
The service center here is horrible. I've decided to take my Toyota's to be serviced at the Fairfield center rather than bring them to the Vacaville service center. The employees are curt and abrasive and just don't appear to care about their customers. Their technician wrote on the evaluation that they suspected an issue and problem but never actually tested or verified and yet i was still charged for the service. It is my experience that the employees there at the service center don't value their customer's experience so I prefer to go somewhere more courteous and professional and I found that at the Fairfield Toyota service center.

Don't bother
Called from out of state to inquire about a 2023 4 runner. They do not sale to people out of state without the person being there physically, only toyota dealership I've spoken with that can't figure it out. No wonder they are selling some of the most desired vehicles under MSRP. On top of this when I originally called the kid asked what options I was specifically looking for and when I told him one of the big things was the birds eye view he told me none of them come with that, I look at the spec sheet he sends me and it's literally on there under the description of panoramic view monitor 🤦♀️ what kind of salesman doesn't know what they are selling.
