    I spent nearly all day in the dealer trying to get a deal. I ended up getting 1000$ off so I was going to buy the car. I started signing papers to purchase... the car and got asked about 20 times to buy the dealer warranty. I declined every time I was asked... but they continued to push the matter. I got so frustrated with the finance officer that I walked out. Tyler x2 was a great sales rep but unfortunately the finance rep was too pushy when I came to the warranty. I will not be returning to Toyota vacaville.

    Do not lease a vehicle from Toyota in vacaville. At the end of the lease they add charges that you are not aware . Ended returning the vehicle and went... to a Subaru dealer and purchased the suv.

    Buyer beware! I spent 3 weeks negotiating, get several sales people emailing you under the guise of "Vacaville sales team" After finally reaching a agreement... on terms , upon getting ready to drive 2 hours, I confirmed everything-only to find out the "pricing" was never fully approved by management, but rather numbers by a sales guy "TJ/Tyler" without the credentials/authorization to actually secure the offer. Almost got me in the door---Don't trust this dysfunctional and misleading staff.

    These people are shady. I took my Tundra in for an oil change just a week before my warranty expired. Had them check everything out and get a full inspection.... Came back with rack and pinion repair required. Set a date and time, only to find out "nothin actually was wrong with the truck, made a mistake with initial inspection". Get home and the next day my engine light comes on, was gonna take it in but the light stopped coming on. When it came back on, I took it in and they said my secondary fuel pump was bad. I asked to speak to a parts and service manager, the lady looked at me and said,"We don't have one." I said,"You mean that no one is actually watching over these guys work and being accountable for their mishaps?" Nope! Wanted to charge me $1100.00 for work that a better auto shop is gonna do for $550.00. Who doesn't have a supervisor? I wish I could go to work and do whatever I wanted. I'm definitely gonna get the word out, let everyone know what's up with these people.One guy even said,"Just bad luck I guess!". We'll see what the diagnostic (free of charge by the way) comes up and the history of my vehicle really says. Stay tuned!

    This place sucks! I only gave them 1 star because I can't give them zero. First I went there to order Genuine Toyota mud flaps. They wanted $130, when... Toyota's website lists them for $80 MSRP. So then I purchased Genuine Toyota mud flaps online for MSRP. Then I made an appointment to have Genuine Toyota mud flaps installed on my new Toyota. They quoted me $160 to install. No problem there. Next, on the day of the appointment arrive and I show up with my Genuine Toyota mud flaps, which are clearly labeled as so and includes the name of the dealership I bought them from. Finally they refused to install them, because I didn't purchase them from their dealership. So, here I am leaving them a crappy review. I will never have my Toyota's serviced here, I will go to another dealership. F U Toyota of Vacaville!

    This review is in regards to the Sales Associate, Sierra Griere and Sales Manager, Chris Law. My family traveled out of county since were were communicating... with Ms. Griere on a potential deal for a Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE. We came in on Sunday, December 2, 2018 and agreed on a deal that would allow us to receive a $1000.00 rebate. We put in a deposit of $500.00 to order the vehicle since Toyota Vacaville did not have it in their inventory. We also agreed to put the deposit after Ms. Griere gave us an overview of the total price for the vehicle (which was approved by Mr. Law). We also wrote a check and it was kept by Ms. Griere for this "deal". We proceeded to ask Ms. Griere when the car would potentially arrive and she responded that it would arrive within a couple of days. Toyota Vacaville contacted us on December 3, 2018 stating that the vehicle had arrived and inquired if we would be available to pick it up. Since we are out of county, we could not make arrangements to pick it up on that date and it was agreed that we would pick it up on December 5, 2018. On the morning of December 5, 2018, Ms. Griere texted us to confirm the pickup date and time. Ms. Griere also instructed us to bring proper identification and form of payment. Upon arrival, we provided Ms. Griere our form of payment and we initialed the paperwork with the price that was agreed on December 2, 2018. After that, Ms. Griere told us to test drive the vehicle. After test driving the vehicle, Ms. Griere went back to Mr. Law’s office. After coming out from Mr. Law’s office, Ms. Griere informed us that the $1000.00 rebate ended on December 3, 2018 and that we would have to pay an additional $1000.00 if we were to purchase the vehicle. We immediately declined to pay an additional $1000.00 since it was agreed on December 2, 2018 that we would be receiving the $1000.00 rebate. Ms. Griere or Mr. Law failed to inform us that we would be loosing the $1000.00 rebate if we did not pick up the vehicle on December 3, 2018. Moreover, if Ms. Griere or Mr. Law properly conveyed this information to us, then we would not have agreed, thus not wasting our time, resources, and energy to come to Toyota Vacaville. After disagreeing to pay the additional funds, Ms. Griere’s disposition, demeanor, and tone immediately changed and stated, “We never made a deal on Sunday.” Ms. Griere further communicated that we were informed on December 3, 2018 that the $1000.00 rebate would not apply if we did not pick up the car. 
As a dealership who represents Toyota, it is important that one should take full accountability and treat their customers with TRANSPARENCY, respect and kindness. Unfortunately, this was not the case for our family at Toyota Vacaville. The fact that Ms. Griere accused us of being informed about the expiration date of the $1000.00 rebate, is beyond unethical. It is common knowledge that we would not have rearrange our busy schedules and drove far if we knew the $1000.00 rebate would not apply. Ms. Greire and Mr. Law’s lack of professionalism, work ethic, integrity, and respect for their customers will forever steer my family from purchasing another Toyota vehicle. Our family have owned three generations of Toyota Corollas and several other Toyota manufactured vehicles and cannot believe the nonsense we were witnessing from Toyota Vacaville. We will never support a company who would hire such amateur and untrustworthy individuals.

    We have been taking our vehicles here for the last 20 + years, granted it has been owned by different owners during that time. We have never had such... repeated bad service as we have with this current owner. They asked us to bring in our vehicle for its scheduled oil change and we did so. A few hours after we dropped off the vehicle, they called us and told us that we needed to replace/fix 3 different things on the vehicle and their charge would be $4,000. Based on our past experience with this shop, we know they are always a bit high on their prices, so we took the vehicle to 2 different shops in the area. Both shops agreed that one of the items did not need to be fixed as there was nothing wrong with it. If it had to be fixed, they would have charged me $400, whereas the Toyota vacaville wanted $800. Both shops agreed that the other 2 items needed replacement and they charged me $1600, out the door, whereas Toyota vacaville wanted $3200, unsure if the $3200 included taxes and such. Lastly, the shop who did the repairs told us that the engine comparment and the frame area was covered in oil. Apparently, Toyota vacaville spilled oil all over the compartment when they were doing the oil change and did not bother to clean it up, whereas this shop went ahead and cleaned it all up. So, we called Toyota vacaville to complain on the shoddy oil change and the fact that they wanted to replace an item that was perfectly fine, not to mention their prices are way to high. Long story short, the manager of the shop never returned our repeated calls, even when their front desk clerks said he was on the premises. So, we shall never do business with Vacaville toyota again. We shall take our vehicles for the warranty work to Toyota Fairfield as we have heard good things about them.

    A completely unsatisfactory experience. I brought my car in for it's 10,000 mile service. I made a 10:45 am appointment. I had the professionalism to... insure I was on time for my appointment. Toyota on the other hand told me that there were many other people in front of me and it would be a 2 hour wait; this was unacceptable so I rescheduled for the next week at 8am. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and Toyota opened their doors 5 minutes late. There were 12 of us waiting, with no organization on Toyota's part as to who had an appointment or what time their appointment was. It took about an hour to get to my car then another 40 minutes to complete the job. A total of 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.

    Selling cars that have mechanical issues after 1,000 miles. I bought a used car from them on MLK Day (which I may add that they were understaffed for... and we waited 5 hours to get anything done) and of course it was too old to have a warranty, I get it. But it was supposed to have everything up to standards. I didn't receive a full take of gas and the detailer missed the hood. They didn't have the courtesy to negotiate the price in the slightest. It drove well for a few weeks until I took it for a longer trip down to southern California. After 4 hours of driving the check engine light came on and the engine wouldn't go past 3.5k rpms and when it would come close to it would go all the way down to 500 rpms. My mechanic checked it out and it has a sensor that is bad and a spark plug wasn't even attached properly (we were able to hand screw it loose). This Toyota said no warranty, so it's my problem. They said they wouldn't want to sell cars with issues so they don't get bad reviews, well you sold a car with issues so you earn this bad review.

    My truck broke down in Vacaville and I thought I had no choice but to take it to this dealership for service. If I had known how awful the service would... be or that there was another dealership close by I would've went to the other one. If I had to choose between coasting into Vacaville Toyota or towing my truck somewhere else I would choose the tow. The attitude of the service staff was extremely disappointing some of them are extremely rude and condescending.
