Disorganized and shady, would not provide a break down of

Disorganized and shady, would not provide a break down of the price or how a $20K car with taxes somehow ended up with a $28K even after a $4-5K down payment. Then once we had them drop all the extras, which one employee repeatedly said was 'weird,' they sent us to the finance guy with everything still included. We ended up leaving and letting them know we didn't appreciate the games they play. Better luck to anyone else who shops here.

Great Service! Fast and Efficient Service Good!

Joe Linder and the rest of the Nissan Staff was very helpful! I recommend this Dealership. I needed my AC replaced and got it in 3 days!

Missing customer service

Not a so good experience….spent 5 minutes waiting for a rep to pull a specific car I saw online to the front for me to view, they got me to only walk me around the entire lot asking if I like this car or that car (plus I didn’t see that car I was inquiring about on the lot). I informed the rep I was only interested in the one I came to see. Was told to wait again and that a manager was going to pull it out for me. They had me wait for 10-15 minutes and I had enough and started walking back to my car. I noticed the sales rep and so call manager walking towards me to only turn away and ignore me without the car I was inquiring about. Customer service was below average, wasted about 30 minutes of my time and at the end of the day I didn’t even see or confirm the car I was inquiring about was available. I recommend other customers to avoid this place and look elsewhere.

Do not purchase from here!!

Horrible customer service, I purchased a used 2018 Mercedes from Bobby on 05/30/2021 and the past 2 weeks have been a nightmare. The car has failed to start on multiple occasions leaving me stranded at various locations and the check engine light has been on for almost a week. I dont think it's unreasonable after spending $25000.00 on a used car that I not feel nauseous everytime I try to start it. I've made several attempts to contact the dealership beginning with Bobby the salesman and have also tried to contact Victor the sales manager. As of 06/11/2021 none of my calls have been returned. I believe Lithia was aware the car had issues when it was sold to me. I found the car on their website and when I drove through their lot it was not parked in the area where they display the used cars. I called the sales department and asked if the car was still available, I was told the car was in a back lot and that they would bring it up if I wanted to look at it. After looking at the car it was obvious that it had not been washed in some time, I didnt think much of it at the time but looking back that should have been a red flag. Why would a business not display the vehicles they are selling, I believe it was on that back lot because they knew there was a problem with the car. I'm not opposed to working with them the resolve the issue but I would never buy from here again and would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from Lithia, read the reviews first. I wish I had.

Rip Offs

If you buy something from them make sure that you get all you are told in writing.Don't take there word for it it wasn't the truth for us after buying a 2019 Nissan Frontier.

Don't buy from them

traded in a vehicle to them and it took them over a month to pay off my previous loan. I had to pay an additional month for a vehicle I didn't have any more and when I called them about it the manager Victor gave me attitude and hung up on me. Don't buy from them
