    In Sept/19 I was traveling from Canada back to SoCal (3K miles) when I broke down about 100mi north of Springfield, MO on I-44. I had my Boxster S towed... by AAA to Napleton Porsche that afternoon. I was on the phone the rest of the day at various times with Mike, Roger (Service) and Jamie (Parts). Understanding that I was on the road, everyone did everything they could to prioritize getting parts for my old (2001) beast and getting back on the road. I arrived at noon the next day and fully expected that I would need a hotel for another day but much to my surprise my car was repaired and ready to go. I can’t thank everyone enough. Great service and I truly felt that everyone cared about getting me back on the road! Thank you!!!

    If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Starting in April, my Jetta intermittently wouldn't start. I've taken it to this dealership 3 times now and... they still haven't found the problem. Finally, after having it for 3 weeks they suggested replacing the fuel relay. They charged me for the part and a diagnostic. It didn't fix the problem and now they are refusing to work on my car. This is the most incompetent and unprofessional business I've ever encountered.

    1st time ever buying from a dealership and having a trade in. They were fairly priced to begin with, gave me a fair value on my trade in, and worked with... me to get to a compromisable price point. Zero pressure what so ever, very laid back and friendly. I've always been terrified to step into a dealership and they walked me through every concern I had talked me through the process broke down payment and add on options. Highly recommend especially if it's your 1st time and you dont want to get the wool pulled over your eyes like some places. Real honest genuine people, very happy I made the decision

    When I took my 2013 Beetle TDI in to have the factory diesel upgrade, two of the four sub-frame mounting bolts were cross threaded on reassembly but was... not discovered until I had to return some months later to replace a faulty EPA filter. This factory warranty filter was serviced by the VW dealer in Frisco Texas and when the sub-frame was removed to replace the filter the cross threaded bolts were observed. I was told to fix this problem it would require a section of the main frame or the car to be replaced at a cost of $4,400. When I contacted the Springfield VW dealer, both the service manager, Derek, and the general manager, Drew, declined to take responsibility for the damage caused while in their shop. So now I am personally responsibility for this repair due to their refusal to make any attempt to make things right.

    This place has caused me so much money and stress already. I just bought a used car there three weeks ago and it is already no longer running. When I spoke... to Bill Hall, the finance individual, I explained some of the issues my car was having and he told me to reset the transmission notification light....which obviously doesn't fix the whole fact that my car isn't running properly and revving up on its own, etc. The used car warranty is actual garbage and doesn't cover major repairs. I will now spend thousands of dollars more to fix a used car that I even bought for more than it was worth. I understand there are positive reviews for this dealership and that is likely for new cars. What really can go wrong with a brand new car? But, the used car and service sales should be a testament to their character and hopefully will warn people to stay away.

    Noah was easy to work with and did his part to get us the exact car we wanted.. Additionally, he was very patient and helpful knowing I was having difficulty... making a commitment to a new car/car payment after not having had any payment for some time.

    I have bought vehicles before, and before going to Napleton I went to another dealership. They played the whole back and forth game, and were still over... charging for the vehicle based on Truecar. When I went to Napleton it was a complete 180!. Noah came upfront and greeted me, took me back to his desk, and asked me what I wanted. He went through the inventory and told me he had something they were just cleaning I can look at. I had an appointment to get to so he let me take it as my test drive. Told me to come back when I was done with no time expectations. I had no plans on buying a car that day, really wanted to look and test the waters. I did take it to a mechanic and they found a tie rod needed to be replaced. Noah was upfront and said "can do"! We didn't have to haggle over price since Truecar and what they listed were fair, and they gave me more for my trade in then the other dealer offered and more then I expected. We ran through the numbers just to make sure we were both on the same page, and Bam! I was with financing to sign my papers. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made! Noah was honest and upfront about everything, and he made sure I was comfortable about every step. Noah really made the sale about me, and not about him. I have never seen this before, nor made a purchase same day. I felt so valued with Noah and Napleton that I didn't want to let "my new car" go. I was secretly in love with it the whole time, I just didn't let on. Noah didn't push me to buy it, never made comments about it going fast, or anything. He was very personable and made it a pleasure to buy a car. Who can say that, Noah can!

    We originally wanted to simply test drive a vehicle. We were on the fence about what we wanted and were just planning on looking. I contacted JR via email... and let him know what car we were interested in. He had the car pulled up front and ready for us to drive when we got there. JR was so knowledgeable and answered all of our (many) questions. We ended up finding another car and even though it was getting late he grabbed the keys and let us take it for a spin. We never felt pressured or rushed and he was such a pleasure to deal with that we ended up buying right then and there. If you are like me and dread car shopping because of the typical "high-pressure salesman" then I would suggest you contact JR. The whole process was so easy and quick that I still can't believe I have a brand new car sitting in my driveway! Thank you so much JR!!
