You charged me 389 dollars to fix check engine light and fix problems with radio. You said you could not fix or replace radio. You said the check engine problem was fixed. Oh bye the way your battery is dead strange coincidence. The next morning i started the truck check engine light came on and the 4 way flashers would not work. Took truck to different shop the fixed the check engine light problem and said the 4 way flashers had been unplugged. My wife has been looking for a new 4 runner you can be sure we will not buy it from you or any koons dealership

Service center is the worst place ever to deal with.
Service center is the worst place ever to deal with. I die a little bit every time I go in, but stupid me bought a service plan. Every time I know that they will 1. Make an excuse to not do something, so the entire time is a waste 2. Try and nickle and dime you with unnecessary stuff or stuff that broke by them servicing it, sometimes they charge extra and dont tell you. 3. Hide, yup spent over an hour trying to find service manager on several occasions. You can ask for a manager, and no one knows where they are, fun times. I think they could put out a tip jar so service manager could get some personality training, never looked up, didn't engage, rude. The best part is service will never be less than 3 hous, but up to 5.5 to do an oil change by appointment, the best visit was the one where they said that 2 techs and a manager couldn't rest the oil service light..I did it myself after 10 seconds on google.

Don’t waste your time with this dealership. They’re asleep at the wheel. Spent a day there to buy a new vehicle. Why it took them a day I don’t know. Too busy eating their Taco Bell and talking about their shoes. Multiple layers of management and sales people. And finance people and business people. Only for them to realize at the end of day that they gave me the wrong VIN. All financing and insurance was on the wrong VIN. And this at 5pm on the last day of the month with an end of month deal. Makes me wonder whether they had any intention of honoring the deal. Happily taking my business to another Toyota dealership which genuinely cares about their customers with attention to detail

We had a great experience with Luis G.
We had a great experience with Luis G. buying a used Subaru. We had multiple bad experiences previously where we were purposefully mislead, cars were sold out from under us, it was a mess. Thankfully, we got connected with Luis and he made the process so easy and he was so kind and accommodating throughout. Jada L. in finance was also absolutely wonderful and worked magic for us. Despite living three hours away if we need a new vehicle, we will be checking with Koons Annapolis first!
