In love with my new car!!!

I had been car shopping the week before, just to look around and my hope was to find a used car with low miles to get my from point A to point B. The salesman I worked with, Ryan Mitchell then seemed to be ok and happy to help me. I explained to him that I didn't have money down at the time but to give me a few days and I would have enough money to put down on a car. I made an appointment for the following Thursday, my next off day, because I knew I'd have a hefty amount of money to place down on the car. On Tuesday, I was in a car accident which luckily I was not hurt but I knew my car wouldn't last long. I had to act quick and so the next day, without an appointment, I walked into the Ford dealership of Jeff Wyler and Lloyd Kitts welcomed me and my 3 year old at the door with open arms and an open mind! I explained to him that I was working with Ryan and he explained that I would have to wait to ensure that my file could be placed in his name so he could help me. Within minutes of him walking away, I received a call from Ryan, which I didn't answer and got a text a few moments later asking if I was at the dealership. I replied, letting him know what happened the day before, he stated that if he would have known I was coming in that he would have come in because "he spent a lot of time with me for nothing." (Exact words). That really made me angry! I told him had I known I was going to get into an accident that I would have let him know, but I had no idea that that would happen and since it happened later in the night, I would have let him know and I apologized. He then text me that he understood and "it's part of his job to do free work." At this point I was absolutely livid and determined to buy a new car without Ryan's involvement. When Lloyd Kitts came back, he showed me a 2017 Chevy Spark which had just been delivered, still had the factory stickers and the plastic on the seats. I was so happy that I found a car that I liked that I could afford. Shortly after, I found out that I was approved and all I could do was smile!! Hours later, I was driving away in my cute new car! Lloyd was amazing with my daughter because he also has kids. He showed her where the play area was when she started to get a little cranky, and even made sure she had snacks and watched after her while I signed the finance paperwork. I would recommend Lloyd Kitts to anyone wanting to buy a car! As for Ryan Mitchell, well unless you don't have an accident two nights before and don't really care about his wife being pregnant with their sixth kid, then he's ok. Lloyd even called me today to ensure everything was good and even invited me back so I could learn more about the car and to put the front plate on!! He's so kind and willing to go to bat for you, that I won't go to anyone else!! I hope Jeff Schaeper reads this because I would love for Lloyd to get some recognition!!

Codi Actually Made Buying a New Car Fun!

Codi (Goins) sold me a new Mazda CX 3 Sport two weeks ago which I'm loving! Codi was great to work with. He was low key, respectful, customer-service oriented, patient, and funny.He took a good deal of time talking with me about the car's features, financing options, etc. He seemed to sincerely want me to be happy with my decision. 100% Happy Shopping Solo

Ahmad helped me with the purchase of a 2015 Chevy Colorado. His knowledge of the vehicle was extremely helpful and his sincerity was refreshing. He made the process easy and painless. I walked out feeling confident in my decision and comfortable not only with the purchase but also with the dealership. Buying a car is daunting enough but to walk into that dealership by myself and walk out feeling confident that I made the right decision and that the process was easy is huge!

Hayden was very knowledgeable and helpul.

We saw several SUV's the day before and decided we wanted to see the Jeep Cherokee also. We thought we had 2 at the top of the list until we met Hayden and he was above and beyond what the other salesmen had to offer us as far as information and patience. Once I test drove the Cherokee I knew it was the right fit. I told Hayden what I wanted as far as Incentives, loan rate, trade in and he said now problem and made it happen. We had no other choice but to buy that day since he was able to get everything we wanted for the price we wanted. He made our decision a lot less painful and stress free than we had anticipated. If you go to Jeff Wyler, ask for Hayden!!

Awesome experience

Casey Jones sold me a brand new car a few days ago and I couldn't be happier with the easy experience I had with him and buying a car! Casey Jones is a great asset to The Jeff Wyler family!!!

Awesome young man!

I have not purchased a new car since 1986 because of a bad experience. That will no longer be the case. My salesman, Casey Jones made me experience enjoyable. He was understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and caring. He has my utmost respect and I will recommend him to my friends and family! Thank you Casey for the time you took to make me happy :)

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE

On the morning of December 5, 2016, my wife and I came to Jeff Wyler Eastgate to obtain pricing on a Dodge Ram 1500 truck. We toured their lot and did not find the truck built as we wanted. We went inside and were met by a young lady sales assistant who was obviously very new at her job, but that was not a problem. We explained to her what we wanted and then gave her a build sheet containing all our desired packages and options. She took the build sheet to here manager and we waited. And waited. After 15+ minutes we saw her coming in from outside the building. When she returned to us she had a price breakout of a truck that was priced approximately $3,000 more than what we wanted to buy. In other words, this truck was nothing like what we wanted. She very politely apologized and explained that her manager wanted to sell us this truck. Again, not anything like what we wanted. We gave her back our build sheet containing our desired packages and options and asked her to please take these specifications to her manager for pricing. She did that, and within two minutes returned with our build sheet in-hand and said words to the effect "he doesn't want to build this truck for you." The duty manager on the morning of December 5 refused to give us a price quote on the truck we wanted to buy! I guess he essentially was asking us to vacate the premises! I was not so much mad as I was dumbfounded! Flabbergasted! I've never seen such atrociously bad business behavior before. I believe I'm the customer here, and I'm trying to buy a truck. Jeff Wyler Eastgate sells trucks. Or maybe they don't. What kind of person is a manager who will not allow a sales person to assist a customer who is trying to buy one of their vehicles? If I, as a potential customer, received treatment like this, I can only imagine how a customer would be treated AFTER Jeff Wyler takes your money! No, I will never do business with any Jeff Wyler Auto Group again, and certainly neither should you. Buyer beware!

We are very sorry for the treatment you received when you visited our dealership. You were not handled properly and we have gone over with the staff how your situation should have been handled. If we could not locate a vehicle that fits your needs then we should have tried to put in an order for one like you requested. If that could not have been done then that should have just been nicely explained to you. We are very sorry for what occurred.

We are extremely sorry for how you were treated when you visited our dealership. The manager did not treat you the way we train our people to do. He should have helped you in every way possible by trying to locate a vehicle for you that would fit what you are looking for and if one could not be found then he should have tried to order you the truck. We are very glad that you brought this to our attention. We have addressed the manager and the staff on our expectations and hopefully we can prevent something like this from happening again in the future. Once again, we are very sorry for what happened.

Anthony did an amazing job! This was my firating time buying a car. The experience was great and he went out his way for me .
