Mike was a great help in identifying the best vehicle available on the lot for what we were looking for. He used his experience with cars and people to make the car buying experience realistic and appropriate. The actual process of buying the car went smoothly and quickly given it was a Saturday afternoon. We are happy with our experience and look forward to coming back if the need arises.

Went in Monday, 9/24 and bought a new Nissan Versa SV. It...
Went in Monday, 9/24 and bought a new Nissan Versa SV. It was a difficult deal and took several hours, but this was not Wyler's fault--I'm a stickler and had very tight parameters in which to make a deal. Ken Bush, my salesman, was very patient and showed grace when I left, feeling like it wouldn't work out. I reconsidered and came back a little while later. Scott Huber sales-managed the deal, and likewise showed patience. There were several opportunities during the process that they could've tried to pull some tricks on me (which I would've caught)--esp in finance--but they didn't. They were professional and honorable to a fault, to include both Mike and Tim in finance, as well as Samir in delivery. We'll see about service after the sale, but for now, the Wyler group has made a friend and customer for life. In a nutshell, I've never been so pleased with an auto dealership in my life, and I've dealt with many. Paul Mansfield, Covington, KY

Our salesperson, Steve Swaynie, was the total professional and made the purchase of my wife's new 2012 Malibu a smooth and seamless experience....The Wyler group of auto dealerships are very active in the greater Cincinnati community and was one of our reasons to visit the Chevrolet dealership...we were not disappointed... So far we have nothing but good things to say about our buying experience...now we hope the service is as good as the sale division....

We had phone conversations with Chris Hamlin before going to the dealership. Chris and Shawn Moore greeted us upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner. Both went out of their way to make our buying experience enjoyable and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these 2 sales persons to any one I know when purchasing a vehicle. We had a concern with a trade-in,but they worked with us to resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction.
