I bought my Maxima in 2003 and have always had it serviced at Wyler Nissan. They consistently treat me well. BJ is very helpful setting up service and explaining what needs to be done and cost involved. I have always trusted their estimates and workmanship. My salesman, Samir Abuyaghi, still keeps in touch to personally make sure my service is completed appropriately.

This location was very busy this past weekend due to an Auto Show downtown. The staff was pretty stretched due to allot of customers but in the end, Troy over compensated for my patience with a better deal than I got from two other dealers. Samir was fantastic in his service and trying to get me through the process as soon as possible since I had to take my son back to college. I am very pleased with the car and the expereince

We test drove (4) different models at (4) different dealerships, and Jeff Wyler Eastgate was the best experience by far for the following reasons: 1 - professionalism and courteousness of the salespeople. Samir Abuyaghi was our sales rep. He is one of, if not the top, Nissan sales people at the dealership, but you would never know it. He treats you as if you are his first and only customer. Not only was he fair, polite, helpful, and patient, but he didn/t try to oversell us or point us in a direction we didn't want to go. 2 - selection of inventory. The color we wanted wasn't as common, but they had good stock. 3 - The dealership's relaxed atmosphere . The sales, finance, and managers don't fit the common perception people have of the sharks going after the guppies. When you say no on something, they may try one more time, but then there isn't that third and fourth time beat down. The sales rep does most of the paperwork, and you don't have to see (8) people. We dealt with our salesperson and one finance person. 4 - knowledge of all employees. Joe Comer was also very helpful and responsive. A man named Cecil (I believe) gave me a soda out of his own fridge. Finance employee Robin Rice-Pottorof was very polite and courteous at the end of her long day, and did not get irritated when our son drew on her desk. Stuff like that sounds simple, but it really means a lot. When we buy our next car, our first stop will be Jeff Wyler.

Our salesman, Chris Hilderbrant, was the sole reason our experience at Jeff Wyler was a pleasurable one. I would recommend doing business with Chris and Jeff Wyler to anyone and be confident they would have as good of an experience as I did. I couldn't be happier with the price of our new Wrangler Unlimited and how our transaction went.

We had a great experience buying a car from Jeff Wyler Kia. Our salesman, Dave Coleman was friendly and courteous. He didn't put any pressure on us to buy the car we eventually purchased. He stayed two hours past closing time to make sure we were satisfied with our car.

I started shopping around for a new Silverado about two...

I started shopping around for a new Silverado about two weeks ago and visited 3 dealerships in the Cincinnati area. I ended up choosing Jeff Wyler because of Jake Shepherd and Steve Swaynie. They were both highly professional, knowledgable, friendly - and willing to find options that best fit my needs without trying to push specific vehicles or more options I didn't want or need. Compared to the other dealerships, the 'bottom-line' was a great price and I also received a very fair deal on my trade-in. It really felt like at Jeff Wyler they were trying to gain a new customer for life rather than just selling another truck. Overall, one of the best experiences I ever had buying a new vehicle!

For the first time in over 30 years of buying vehicles I can actually say that I had an enjoyable experience purchasing a new car. My salesman, Chris Hamlin, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The typical games and drama that is usually experienced during the purchase of a new car was completely absent from this transaction. I know that I paid the lowest possible price for my Jeep Wrangler, as I had been shopping for one for over a month and a half. Jeff Wyler Jeep in Eastgate had the best price by far of any dealership within a 250+ mile radius of Cincinnati. I will buy from this dealer again and will confidently send friends and family to Chris Hamlin and Jeff Wyler Jeep.

After my 40 years of driving and having service to my car I now will only go to Jeff Wyler. Professional, curtious service. Explanations of work needed have always been clearly stated. Waiting room is a joy! Newspaper, TV, writing desk, and comfy moveable seats. Competitive pricing.
