In working with Steve, I found him to be personable, attentive to my questions and concerns, informative as related to the product (car) and options(interest rates, trade-in values, etc.), and good in his communications and follow-up. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends who might be looking for a new GMC product.

Kraig Miller and the dealership were very friendly, upfront and businesslike. We told Kraig what we were looking for in the Soul and where we needed the price to be. He knew we were going to be out for a couple of days and he said that he and his Sales Manager, Troy, would be working on finding us the car we wanted and the best price. When we got back to town and stopped in, Kraig had kept his word. He found my perfect little green Soul and managed to give us a good, fair price to purchase it. All in all it was a positive experience and I will be sure to pass the word on about Jeff Wyler dealership and Kraig in the Kia sales area.

Jamie di an excellent job working with us on finding a new vehicle. We reviewed several vehicles and also talked to several Dealerships and Jamie took the best care of us and worked out the best deal for what we were looking for. Also the Manager Troy (not sure the last name) did a great job with working out the deal and getting finance.

I have been going to Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Batavia since 2002. This past week I completed my fourth purchase/lease in that time frame. The reason I continue to return to Wyler Chevrolet is the combination of price, selection and customer service. I always have a model in mind before visiting the dealership, and this time I was even able to pick out a couple of specific cars before arriving thanks to their easy to use website. I will continue to recommend this dealer to friends and family and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

My recent experience with the service department (Rodney Gray and Tammy)went above my expectations when I had a differential problem with my 2007 Avalanche. The problem was hard to diagnose, Rodney wouldn't give up until the problem was solved several days later. Their customer communications were exceptional. My wife and I were so impressed with the service center, that we went to the new car department and met Greg Neftzger, who made the purchase of a 2011 Impala LT an enjoyable event.(Sandy hates shopping for cars!) Greg's knowledge of the product made it an easy choice. We will encourage others to either purchase a vehicle or have service done at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet.

Kyle was very pleasant and great to work with while selecting my new 2011 Nissan Rogue. He helped me to get to the price and payment I was looking for, along with providing excellent customer service. He went out of his way to Make sure my additional heated seats were added on time (1 day) because I was in town from Columbus, OH. He also offered to drop the car off at my parents home where I was stayin due to it being the day before Thanksgiving, and I would be busy getting things ready for it as guests were coming to there the next day arriving pretty early. Kyle also made sure everything went smooth with the paperwork and answered all my questions as a first time new car buyer with very extensive knowledge! I was very much impressed with with Kyle and would reccomend going to Jeff Wyler Eastgate to anyone looking for help buying a new car!

Tim worked very hard to get us into a new Kia Soul that fits our budget and our transportation needs. When we took delivery of the car Tim spent so much time making sure we knew all the features on the Soul+ I think he was the last employee at the dealership and it was over an hour aftr closing. We looked at several different makes and models at The Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall. We have only had the car a couple of days but really and love it.

Above all our salesperson, Samir, made this car buying...
Above all our salesperson, Samir, made this car buying experience the best we have ever had!! He had the answers to all of our questions, and was very open and honest throughout the whole process. We had our 5 yr. old daughter with us, and he made her feel very welcome by finding whatever he could in his desk (key chains, etc) to keep her entertained. We feel like we paid a fair price for our 2011 Nissan Juke AWD, and LOVE it!! The day after we picked up the car we went on a road trip over Thanksgiving from the Cincinnati area to Philadelphia. The car performed well in the driving situations we encountered, and it was very comfortable to sit in for the long drive. People (mostly men and one woman) were asking my husband about the car, and he loved showing it off. Just about at every stop, the car was turning heads. He loved telling that is has a turbo charged engine!!! I would also like to mention Samir again, because he did such a wonderful job upon delivery of the car. He took the time to show us all the features of the Juke. I mean he covered everything!!!! This was the first time that we have had a salesperson really teach us all about the car. He even helped us go ahead and set up our cell phones through the blue-tooth system....which can be confusing for first timers. Since 2002 we have purchased 3 new Kia vehicles at Jeff...
Since 2002 we have purchased 3 new Kia vehicles at Jeff Wyler Eastgate. While we were overall satisfied with our previous experiences, this newest purchase of our 2010 Kia Forte EX was by far the most pleasant. The price of the vehicle and options was good, but the Kia and Jeff Wyler incentives sealed the deal. Mark was extremely personable, knowledgeable of the products, honest and helpful; he matched what we wanted (high mileage, fair price and trade, certain features) with a model that we feel exactly suits our needs. We ordered a dealer installed sunroof; when the installation was completed, it was superb work, propmtly and professionally done. Our financing terms worked out where we wanted, and the delivery was done promptly during a busy day. In all respects the rating of Jeff Wyler Eastgate for our purchase is 5.0 or better, in our minds. we highly recommend this dealer.
