Had a great experience working with 2 salesman KC Williamson and John Bland. Both made me feel welcome and heard. Big shout out to Tim Holbrook, the desk manager. I believe Tim went above and beyond to make my experience as streamlined and hassle free as possible. These guys are all great to work with! Thanks again.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I called
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I called about a car I saw on there website to see if it was available and could be test drove they said yes and set up and appointment I informed them that I was coming from an hour away and they said that it was fine and they would have the car waiting for me so I drove an hour and get there to find out they just sold the car. After speaking with a sales person who was very nice and understood my frustration, he wanted to get the manager to make him aware of the situation and the manager refused to talk to me and said to tell me that there was more than just my appointment on the car and it’s there job to sell! The manager was very unprofessional and a simple apology could had been said. I would’ve been okay with the situation had I been informed that there was someone else coming to look at the car or been called to be informed that someone was buying it.

Ripoff artists
Wyler dealerships are the most dishonest dealers I've ever dealt with. Whatever they quote you for a car, you can get the same car for WAY less somewhere else. The markups along with the hidden fees and automatic charges will have you spending THOUSANDS more than other dealers. If you don't mind wasting money or if you have too much of it, go to Wyler I Bought a car from the Florence Honda location and it was the worse buying experience of my life. Later, I visited the Wyler automall in Batavia and the car I was looking out ended up being 10,000 dollars more than advertised. Of course they didn't tell me that until I wasted an hour to drive there, test drove the car, then they ran my credit. Afterwards they came back with the price. I don't know how The Wyler family sleeps at night. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews. This is a consistent theme with this dealership brand.

Deceived and wouldn't make it right
I had a bad experience after the sale. During the sales process for our 2013 CX-5 I was presented with a price above what I expected due to them already doing the optional "Wyler Package" to the vehicle. I explained I hadn't anticipated the extra $995. The salesman said he would see what he could do. He came back with a lower price that we agreed to and I bought the vehicle. Found out that part, maybe all, of the package hadn't been done to the vehicle. I felt I was mislead in a big way. I explained all of this to the salesman, internet sales manager, and sales manager. Their answer was to have me come back and pay $500 for a service I was told I already had. Unfortunate that people and businesses don't operate with honesty and integrity or care about customers after the sale. Just my experience. Hope yours is better.

I had a bad experience after the sale.
I had a bad experience after the sale. I felt very misled during the process. However, after much conversation that didn't lead anywhere Steve Swaynie stepped in and handled the situation very well. He listened to what I had to say and was able to turn an ugly situation into a positive experience. I adjusted my review from 1 to 3 stars solely based on how Steve helped. I feel only going to 3 because if he didn't step in, I'm not sure it would have changed with the other people involved. I hope management sees the example he set, otherwise they would have kept the 1 rating and lost any future business from me and anyone I could tell. Great job Steve!

Run... don't walk
All of the other negative reviews parrott my experience. In short they tacked about 10k on the advertised price. I wasnt made aware until they ran my credit. Easily the most dishonest dealership in the tri-state area. I honestly have no idea how they stay afloat. I sent Mr Wyler a message regarding my experience and he blocked me. Do business at your own risk.

Kim and Jeff were fantastic!
Kim and Jeff were fantastic! Kim could not been more helpful… I feel she went out of her way to keep me informed and help me out. She was knowledgeable, friendly, had a great sense of humor. She came across as someone who really loved her job and would do anything to help you out. The service department was great. Everything was explained to me along with a video showing the work. When I asked them if it was possible to add another job they were more than willing to help me out and still have the car ready when promised.. I got to the dealer a bit early to pick up my car and when Jeff saw me outside he came right out and told me I didn’t wait outside.. He told me Kim said you would be coming early, Everyone I dealt with was friendly, sincere, and helpful. It is because of this outstanding team that I will return and recommend them to others. Thank you!

I had a very bad experience at this dealership. Called me several times by several different people to make sure I was coming in. Would not honor price of vehicles that were posted online because it was at a different Jeff Wyler dealership. Everyone on a different page. So disheartening, makes me not want to buy another vehicle ever.
