I knew what I wanted when I went in so it was just a matter of choosing a color and doing the paperwork. Everything went smoothly and Josh took his time explaining all the cool features (some I may never use) and synced my phone to the car. He really made it a fun experience and didn't keep me there till I starved to death. I chose the Honda CRV for price, size, reliability, safety. I chose Jeff Wyler because it isn't a scary dealer.

Paul Isaacs is Great

We purchased our new 2014 Honda Civic on 3/22 from Paul Isaacs. He made the whole experience very easy. After we test drove and looked at several cars and decided on the color/interior that we wanted this whole deal was the fastest I've experienced with any car dealer. We are very happy with our new car and our experience with Jefff Wyler Honda.

I recently took our 2013 Accord in for an oil change and maintenance. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I also purchased all weather floor mats and the man in the parts dept. was very helpful. Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence makes waiting a much more comfortable and pleasant experience than any dealership I have ever encountered. They even had my car ready earlier than I expected!

On Feb. 13th, 2014 my wife and I were passing through Florence, KY on our way to Tampa, FL from our home in Fort Gratiot, MI. We were driving our new 2014 Honda CRV EXL when the tire pressure light came on. We stopped at Jeff Wyler Honda and explained our problem. Without hesitation, the Service personnel ushered us in and took care of the problem ( low pressure on one of the tires ) and sent us on our way. Our experience with Jeff Wyler Honda couldn't have been better and if we were looking for a dealership in that part of the country it would most certainly be Jeff Wyler. I was impressed with this dealerhship from the very beginning. About a week before I started the lease on my new civic, I managed to total my previous car. I injured my knee in the accident and couldn't drive. My first contact with Jeff Wyler was with Kathy Collier via email. She sent a welcome email to me after I expressed interest in a new car. She wanted to know if I could come to the dealership to look at the car(s). Unfortunately, I couldn't drive and she told me that somebody could pick me up! I was beyond happy to have somebody take the time to do that. Corey Wright picked me up and over the course of the next week took the time to make me feel like I wasn't just a "sale" to him. You are lucky to have such a great guy working for Honda. I never felt pressure to buy and he took over a week with me to go over different cars and financing options. He's phenomenal.

We have bought 2 cars from Corey in the last 6 months and would definitly recommend Florence Honda. My daughter bought an AWD CRV last year and I recently upgraded my Honda Odyssey. Because of our bad winter, having my daughter driving an AWD vehicle was a great decision and she loves her CRV. We subsequently worked with Corey and service when deciding whether it was better to fix some issues Florence service discovered with the older Odyssey or trade up. We came to an agreement on a used Odyssey that is great. Corey found a middle seat that was needed and service just installed new roof rails and crossbars. I would recommend the internet sales team, Corey and Florence Honda service all day long. Very accomodating!!
