Hello, I went to the dealership to have an oil change

Hello, I went to the dealership to have an oil change performed on my car. That was handled just fine. When I prepared to leave I noticed the car seemed to be "tilting" a bit and brought it to the attention of the porter. He said, "Yes, you have a hole in the front drivers side tire, your sales associate didn't tell you?" and proceeded to assist me. I was disappointed that something re: safety and obviously a necessity wasn't brought to my attention DURING the appointment & prior to me closing out. My associate was Liz.
