The worst car buying experience I ever had. Started off rough and several things seemed shady and unfortunately I decided to still buy the car and the finance person Noah added on a warranty I never asked for or was even told about. I did not consent for this to be added and only noticed when I saw my loan online and the numbers were significantly higher than what I agreed to. They also need to do a better job checking the cars before offering them for sale. I drove nearly 4 hours each way to get the car and had to come back because 2 of the tires had nails in them and had a leak. Super unprofessional and extremely shady dealership that deserves an audit in finance to hopefully save future or existing customers that have been scammed like me.

I wishball salesman took a cue from my salesman Nitai. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and the experience was refreshing as there was no pressure and no hurrying up to make a decision. I had been researching this vehicle and all other car dealers had the high pressure rush tactic. Dealing with Nitai at Ed Morse Sawgrass was an absolute pleasure. Everyone from my salesman, salesman manager and finance manager were knowledgeable and professional. I will be a repeat customer because I didn't get just customer serviec.... I had a great customer experience and that's hard to come by now-a-days.

I have had my GM products serviced at Ed Mores for more
I have had my GM products serviced at Ed Mores for more than 20 years and over the years they have been excellent, and responsive. HOWEVER my visit today for service was very much the opposite ! It seems the customer service side of the business has taken a Hugh back up, they have now employed people who function with paper work, and pushing to get added service, without any care or concern to providing service and care of the customer. Went in for oil change and tire rotation this morning, with an additional issue to be looked at with the tire air pressure alert devise. First it takes 2 hours to change your oil and rotate tires, most places can do this in less than 1 hour, then they warned me If there was a issue with the tire pressure devise it could take 3 hours for the full service, well how about 4 hours ! Worst of all no communication with the service writer, he never checked with me or gave me progress reports as to getting the service completed. Went in at 7:00 AM, didn’t get out until 5 min to 11. Don’t recommend servicing your car with this type of service in this business. Hopefully someone will read this and make some improvements ! Oh I should make a correction, service writer after 3 1/2 hours come to me and ask if I would like some added service things done based on mileage, of course more money and time, my answer absolutely not !
