Drive away while you still can

They do not honor and perform warranty work on cars. they lie about not being able to duplicate problem. Mike Byrnes, service directors or whatever title he holds, totally ignores customer complaints. One of the worse dealerships. Get your car serviced elsewhere, do not waste your time and money with this dealership. In my opinion don't waste your time purchasing GM cars period.

Worst Cadillac service department, I have been a customer...

Worst Cadillac service department, I have been a customer of Ed Morse since 1978. The sales department is great, service department rates are as dependable as the chevy vega. Vera Cadillac here I come.

Professional have information available on history of vehicle; scheduling of appointments lean facility, friendly staff. Easy access to Dade, broward and north broward.

We were approached immediately upon arriving. The whole process took about 3 hours and that was fast!! Our sakes guy was awesome!!

Sawgrass Cadillac isn't to blame. Bayview Cadillac body shop is to blame. Can't imagine why they won't send me a survey:( Bayview Cadillac body shop makes macco paint and body look good.
