BE AWARE….Do not use this dealership they will sell you courtesy cars with more than 3k miles at the regular price and when it’s time for you to trade in they want to pay cents for the same car, I have so many harassing calls from them (Gia and Lisa) to come to the dealer that they have incentive and could workout a deal to trade in my 2023 XT4 Sport with all features, the car when I got it it had a few spots that need it a touchups like I said it was a courtesy car, I went to the dealer supposedly to get an appraisal and Gia was going to look into the numbers and send it to me, well when I explained that to the sales guy, his face change completely to the point that the my car was worthless ($24k) compared to the value of the car, I owe them like $7k, anyway I called Gia and she was supposed to talk to the manager service and general manager to get a call back that never happened all I got was an email yesterday from the sales guy named Maycol Gonzalez, to thank me for the visit! People they DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANOTHER CADILLAC DEALER they will service you better this people wants to repo off customers how can they tell you this is a nice car at the time of sell and not even recognized that when you try to trade in the car it’s very unprofessional not customer oriented and very disrespectful something else the sales guy made me wait more than 30 minutes to get an appraisal from a manager supposedly because the manager was in a meeting with the sales manager and when I look at the office it was the same guy that was outside getting a Tesla car inside the dealer it was the same guy that came into the office next to me and drop some keys in there in the corner office, the disrespect for your time is too much I DO NOT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE BEFORE BUT THIS NEW PEOLLE ARE NOT GOOD !!! Don’t waste your time nor expend the money on buying anything from them! They would not VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP GET YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE OR YOU WOULD REGRET IT LATER !

I live in North Carolina and called about a used car they had and I wanted. I flew in to buy the car and I needed to get back on the plane in the same day. I only had a few hours to get the deal completed. Nitai pick me up at the airport brought me in for the test drive, presented the deal and made the day smooth. He got me rushed through the system and into finance. After the test drive signing the paperwork and writing the check, he then took me back to the airport. I’m not known to be a patient person and Josh in the finance/ documentation department did a great job. As good as anyone I’ve ever dealt with in that position. Yaniv was also helpful. All in all, great experience and now I’m just waiting for AmeriFreight to deliver my car Highly recommend Nitai and the team for your next car deal.

If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!! I bought a new car here in 2020 which I know was hefty enough to pay a few workers paychecks to clean etc, & went yesterday to trade-in and purchase another new car. Buyer BEWARE!!!!! Especially buyers of BLACK color! Boy was the red flags all over! I wouldn’t EVER spend my hard earned money at this place again & honestly I should have figured not to come again once the worker who I bought my other car from no longer worked there. They lie about prices on their site and don’t even have the car available & that’s just 2 examples of BASIC nonsense you will endure at this silly pathetic place. There are MANY other dealers around that are far BETTER!
