Kyle is great to work with - very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and he took great care of me during my test drive and purchase of my CrossTrek! I can tell that he loves workin at Flatirons Subaru and the Subarus that he sells!

I would give them negative stars if that was a choice.

I would give them negative stars if that was a choice. They sold a vehicle to someone using my husband's name. When my husband found out that someone bought a vehicle in his name, he contacted this place right away and did everything that he needed to do to prove that it wasn't him. Flatirons Subaru has not been helpful at all in trying to solve this issue and are trying to make us pay for the vehicle that we did not purchase. All we are asking for is for them to work with us to help resolve this issue, but all they care about is money and not helping us. Be careful if you decide to purchase a vehicle from this place.

Just purchased a 2024 Crosstrek Sport from Shane at a

Just purchased a 2024 Crosstrek Sport from Shane at a very fair price. The entire process was a extremely pleasant experience compared to some other dealership experiences I've had over the years. No pressure and no surprises. He was able to track down one with the exact specs I was requesting and was great at keeping me up to date on its incoming status. He never tried to push me into a slightly different one they already had on the lot, I truly appreciated that. Flatirons is certainly not the closest Subaru dealership to me but was well worth the drive. Thanks again Shane. TomL

I really enjoyed my experience with Flatirons Subaru. From walking in the door, every employee was courteous and welcoming. Albeit, a bit of of the way coming from Denver, I can say without hesitation that they are worth going out of the way for when considering owning a Subaru.

I was assigned to Kyle via internet sales and got a price

I was assigned to Kyle via internet sales and got a price quote through true car. Kyle had us in and out in about 2 hours or so! Excellent service and no hard sell with anything. I knew what I wanted, and Kyle made sure I got everything exactly as specified without a hassle. Great communication too! Even after my purchase, Kyle followed up several times to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend!

My experience started positive as I was conducing my

My experience started positive as I was conducing my negotiations mostly through telephone, email, and text. It went south when I talked to my salesman to confirm our deal before heading up there. He switched cars on me from the car I had negotiated and the one he sent photos to me from and added about $5,000 in extras to my quote. I bailed on them then and am now working with another dealership. I would be reluctant to trust anyone at this dealer.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Kyle and Flatirons Subaru! There's a Subaru dealership 35 minutes closer to my home and I will bypass them everyday all day long to get more and more of this amazing service! From the emails ahead of buying to the actual purchase, and even checking on us afterwards, he was the consummate professional! He was so laid back that I felt like I was purchasing from family! We had a hiccup with software/ technical issues, and he was so chill, it kept me at ease! Ian was also amazing and 100% looked out for my bottom line, which at a dealership, is not always the case. After working with the public in Healthcare for many years, I can attest that you don't find passionate and caring people like this everyday, keep up the amazing work!

I’m older, love & owned an Outback that had 240,000 miles & still ran! Kyle made buying another wonderful Outback efficient, economical, & pleasant! Oh!!! The places I will go!!! Love the Flatirons Dealership! They treated me like a queen!
