Flatirons Subaru

I have been coming to this dealership since 2017. It is hands-down the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I trust them to be honest with me about whatever is going on with my vehicles. I cannot say enough about their customer service over the years. They are doing it right! It is almost like an fun outing for me to take my car in. I can either choose to wait in the waiting area they have -which is lovely, or be dropped off in Boulder somewhere by their shuttle service and picked up when I am ready. I drive up from downtown Denver and it is totally worth the drive.

I had been looking for the car I wanted at three dealers Longmont and Golden and Flatirons and James was the only salesman the came out in the car lot and sold me a car. Had a very bad experience with this dealership as a whole. Ian Scott and Ian Mangan will lie to you straight in your face and management will do nothing about it.

Be incredibly careful with this organization I signed a quote that they gave me that included work that they claimed is covered under warranty that had no additional terms and conditions. I approved $200 worth of work and when my partner went to pick it up they tried to charge her charge her 10 times the amount approved in the quote. Now I’m going to have to go to court to fight this. I’m fortunate enough to have a signed contract though. With the extra charges crossed out I’ll update this to link a hosting to what they’re doing. If you have any one at risk, make sure to tell them to avoid this dealership.

Travus Borek and team were wonderful! Travus was very knowledgeable and thorough it what he’s was showing us. Transparent and up front while showing us the value in what we were buying but also understanding our situation. It was a plus that our daughter loved the Chewbaru!

I was given by far the best deal in town, and wasn't pressured into buying any dealer add-ons or additional insurance policies. On top of all that I was in and out relatively quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase their first Subaru.
