Don't go here!

Came in to potentially buy a new Ram. I asked a few questions about their inventory, and after that the sales members we're being rude. I refuse to buy a new vehicle and you should to.

Refusing to honor contract

I purchased a truck and traded in a car I owned outright. They agreed to pay me $36,000 for my car and I wanted to take $10,000 of that and use it as down payment and the remaining $26,000 back in cash to me. A few days after I got the truck home I discovered they had mistaken left a "dealers plate" under the rear seats and called them to let them know. They didn't even notice it was missing at the time, but thanked me for letting them know and asked I send it back. I did send it back out of courtesy and at my own expense, they didn't even offer me to use their fedex account or anything. So a few weeks pass by and I hear nothing from them and still haven't got my check for $26,000 they said would be issued and sent to me. So I called and the person I spoke to didn't know anything about it and took my info down to have someone call me back. Tyler, who claimed to be the owner, called me back stating that they didn't get their plate back and thus were not going to be issuing me the $26,000 they owe me (as stated on our contract) until I get them the plate back. They have not contacted me AT ALL during the past several weeks about their plate...I had forgot about it even. It was only once I called and wanted my money they turned this missing dealer plate into an issue at all. I don't have the plate or a receipt for the shipping from several weeks ago, maybe if they had called during the 20 days since I bought the car we could have found it!

Aweful service and a worse attituce

I scheduled an oil change and an alignment, along with several recall repairs for my Ram 2500. When I picked the truck up, the alignment was not included on the bill. I asked why not, and they stated they did not have the equipment to align my truck. They completely neglected to inform me of this at any point prior to me asking about it. They just ignored the fact that they did not complete a very important repair. To top it off, one of the recalls was for my drag linkage. The Ram repair was to weld the bolts so that they cannot be adjusted. I took my truck to another shop to get the alignment done and they stated they could not do an alignment now because of the weld. So basically they not only never informed me they could not perform the main repair I needed when I took the truck in, they welded my out alignment linkage together so now I cannot get it aligned at all. I called the dealer back to see how they could make this right for me and basically got nothing but attitude. Horrible repair department, horrible management. I will NEVER go back.

James is the worst I've ever had

James was our dealer he started off by letting us know that he knows nothing about minivans that he only has experience in selling brand new trucks and that we would be better off standing outside and then 92-degree Colorado weather then to be in his dealership with his lazy incompetent supervisors Chris and Andrew. this is only a fourth of what happened but I don't want to take much time I just would recommend that you save yours and go literally anywhere else.

Wonderful Experience All Around

My boyfriend and had been looking for a used truck all over Denver until we came across the perfect match at Boulder Dodge in Boulder. We showed up and were immediately greeted by James. James was kind and personable and helped us so quickly we were test driving the truck in under 15 minutes of pulling up. We already knew it was the truck we wanted and James got the ball rolling quickly. In the past buying a car has always been an all day ordeal, but this dealership made it (relatively) quick and easy! And even gave us a fair deal for our trade in. The gentleman we worked with in the financing department was also very personable and made the process a good, memorable experience.

James was really great and made my entire process very easy and stress free. I was a bit skeptical based on what I had seen in other ratings, but I had really great experience.

Bad service

Bad Service at first I didn?t want to buy the car because the locks was not working and then the sales manager said he fix it so we bought the car a week later the lock stop working we bought warranty on the car and it didn?t even cover these guys just want your money stay away from this place ....

The worst

The worst purchase experience we have ever had. Delivery terrible including detailing. No thank for purchasing. No introduction to service area. Wouldn?t even through in floor matt for 43k purchase. Sent compliant to owners/managers and never even got a response. Will never buy there again or use their service area. Tony was the worst!

Our new truck purchase

Awesome dealership and sales staff. Tony was very friendly. Never felt pressured. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them!

Get your "new" used checked out immediately

Disappointing. I purchased a 2010 FJ...after business hours of parts/service. We expressed concern about taking delivery and were assured of a problem we had noticed would be resolved. Needless to say, it was not. They refused to address the issue and my lesson learned was to take it to get checked out immediately and get everything IN writing, including the assurance that things would be taken care off. Oh, and found a hairbrush under the front seat and a child's book. It was not detailed to any stretch of the imagination.
