Thomas Acura is THE best Acura dealership in Southern

Thomas Acura is THE best Acura dealership in Southern California. Honest and knowledgeable. They service all of the Acura's in our family. My last visit was a tire road hazard issue. Drove in unexpected. They fit me in and had me on my way in two hours. Road hazard warranty covered it. This dealership always has the solutions to any Acura issue from routine maintenance, warranty work and recalls. Friendly staff in sales, service writers and the mechanics. Can’t go wrong here.

Thomas Acura is THE best Acura dealership in Southern California. Honest and knowledgeable. They service all of the Acura's in our family. My last visit was a tire road hazard issue. Jordan was helpful in negotiating a deal quickly on a trade-in vehicle. Thank you for the quick turn-around. Dealership gets bonus points for the showroom condition Acura NSX in the lobby.

I have a car service department review that was not very

I have a car service department review that was not very pleasant. I made an online appointment and showed up on time. The experience felt very upsale. The representative was trying to sell more services and then said a new motor for my sun roof was covered under my extended warranty. It was not and costed $1900! I do have a 100,000 warranty but he insisted I did not. I had my purchase contract but he said I had to call to dispute and get reimbursed. This is not good customer service in my view. I love Acura cars and service for the past 30 years but I’m so disappointed by this one experience.

Awesome job as always.

Awesome job as always. My friend Alan was out that day but JC was there to take care of me. Also salute to Dave Rangel who has been taking care of my car since I have been involved with Thomas Acura(15 yrs or so?) Accommodating, Honest, Friendly and Efficient top to bottom. Keep up the great work.
