Jimmy is the best!
Been coming to Thomas Acura to see Jimmy since I started working next door. Jimmy is always helpful, knowledgeable and communicates well with his customers. Thomas Acura has a great team of workers in their service department. I have now brought two different Acuras to Jimmy and will continue to come to this location as long as I own an Acura.
Been coming here since 2011 or so. Alan and the rest of the Acura Team get me in and out as fast as possible with full description of what is going on. Friendly and honest. Comfortable waiting room. Always feel good about bringing my car in for service knowing that they will do everything possible to keep it moving along.
The service is good. Not waiting so long and it was completed on time promised. Maybe because it is a small dealership in a small town.

Always trustworthy help from service rep jimmy hwang and mechanics. Prompt attention to appointments and work done with time frame duration. They noted new battery posts smaller than Acura battery so AAA roadside assistance mounted new battery and cable connections too loose
Customer service on point!
A lady where one pays for service/parts asked me right away if I needed help after she saw me waiting in life for awhile for my oil change. She paged someone ASAP; Mark came by soon after. He was extremely helpful and upfront; I didn't feel any pressure to upgrade the service - I told him what I wanted and he was ok with it. I appreciated that. Also, he walked over to the waiting area and apologized to me when the time estimate went over a little bit. It was really no big deal since I'm not in a hurry, but then little details like that make the experience worthwhile and satisfying.

Service With A Smile
Great Service Department. The staff are friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I have had my car serviced here for over 10 years and will buy my next Acura at this dealership because of the Service Department. Everytime I have had to have my car serviced, I have been provided a quote and updates with the diagnosis of the cause of my car's troubles and the cost of the labor and parts. I recommend this Dealership.
Went in because I had a nail in one of my tires a pre-owned 2017 Acura RDX that I purchased from Thomas Acura less than two years ago. and was upsold 4 tires. I have always payed for all my maintance with this vehicle. I was quoted what I believed was a fair estimate and signed for work to be done that day. I was promised everything would be done by 4:00pm including a car wash and vaccume. It didn't get completed till 5:17 and it was washed outside but not vaccumed inside as promised. I must have gotten mistaken for someone else quoted as "Not Wanting To Pay" and "Using threats of Negative Reviews"!!!!!!!
Great comfortable, personal service
I recently got routine maintenance for my cars at Thomas Acura. I have been coming to this dealership for many years. I have bought many cars there. I keep using their service department because I like the friendly, personal treatment that I get there. At other dealer service departments, you don’t quite get the comfortable feeling that you do at Thomas. In particular, Alan Sze always treats me like a friend, making sure I use any current coupon specials and making sure that my cars get serviced in a timely manner. I just make an appointment with him a few days in advance and the service goes smoothly.
Although I did not purchase my car from this dealership, it has been a great experience getting my Acura serviced here. Alan Sze has been very thorough when my car requires any service. He is very knowledgeable and because of that I choose to visit this dealership.
