    Alan was cordial, knowledgeable and professional! They were very busy that day, but everyone there, especially Alan made sure to acknowledge my presence... and apologize for the wait. Always with a smile on their face. Very pleased!

    I would have to say the service on my car and the customer service was top-notch. The full detail was well priced and totally worth it and the cigarette... smell removal worked beautifully. The best part was the customer service provided by the service consultant Alan Sze. He was really easy to talk to and was very up front about what exactly was happening for my service. Almost made me want to buy a new car and if anyone I knew wes looking to get an Acura I would definitely recommend this dealership.

    Service staff was very responsive, and pursued my vehicle concerns, which were difficult to isolate. They managed to figure out the root cause, recommend... and then take appropriate corrective action.
