Worked a decent deal over the phone before taking the

Worked a decent deal over the phone before taking the drive to the dealership. Jordan was bonest and upfront about what can be done and cannot. The car I wanted was held for me and the deal was the same as discussed over the phone. Awesome experience.

I have been taking my TL here for a few years, for

I have been taking my TL here for a few years, for service. I tended to trust this Acura dealer due to their expertise and their proactive sharing of photos and videos of work needing to be done. I recently brought it in for service where I was told the engine mounts had broken and needed to be replaced, and was also told the right wheel bearings also needed to be replaced. Well, I had the engine mounts replaced, but not the wheel bearings. I did not ask about photos or the video of the mounts, but i was a bit suprosed the service rep did not proactively share these, as had been provided for prior service jobs. Anyway, what made me a bit upset this time around is after the service, which included an oil change, the oil life indicator was not reset. This was the second time the mechanics failed to reset this. This may not be a big deal to some, but with Acura I expect a higher level of attention to detail when I bring my vehicle in for service. Going forward I plan to bring my TL to a different Acura specialist.

Great service and very good price

JC is a great service advisor. He was friendly and very helpful. My car was done earlier than promised time. The waiting room was comfortable.

I was happy that they send me a video on making sure that my car was okay with the maintenance service they were doing. I was happy with the results, thank you.

No Mark Ups

Appreciate the fact that they are not marking up price with useless add ons that are not needed. Sales people are good with no pressure as you make a purchase.

Great Service Nice Environment.

Had my car serviced yesterday at Thomas Acura. They did an oil change and made a few service recommendations which I approved. Low pressure environment and the service advisors were great. They even provided a video of the service performed. Will continue to use them.

Excellent service!

We always come here to get our cars serviced. We have 2 MDXs and Thomas Acura staff (specifically JC and Brad) are always patient and communicate everything as it comes up. Couldn’t recommend them more. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service on our cars.

Fantastic Customer Services

Appointment is very easy and telephone was picked up promptly by a gentlement named Mark. When I arrived at the service dept, I immediately greeted by Alan in a very professional manner. The process from the very beginning to the end has been pleasant, honest, and straight forward. Price is good and my car was washed upon completion. Thomas Acura is definitely highly recommended.
