My sales guy didn’t even try. Went one time for numbers and pretty much laughed he didn’t see a good price for me. I’ve had way better experiences elsewhere.

I made an appointment with an associate for 4 pm to look
I made an appointment with an associate for 4 pm to look at a used car. Upon arriving learned this associate went home sick. I got to test drive the car to find that they sold it already (right in front of me). Someone should have called me to cancel the appointment. Horrible customer service and nonexistent follow-through.
