Beware buying a used vehicle.
Beware buying a used vehicle. Purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Certified Pre-owned. Heard noises coming from front like a banging on left. Called service was told to bring right in. Took back a few days later. Was asked by Advisor what was problem. I explained. I was told it's 11 years old you will hear noises. I said that's bull. The Forman went for a drive said it's either struts or control arm. Found out it was strut bushings dry rotted. Took back afterparts came in. They called 3pm stated had no time to fix. Spoke to service manger was fine at first. Then I stated I did not want anymore. He stated he was not going to repair. I asked why not if I did not want he was not going to fix. He stated no he would just Wholesale vehicle. I told him to fix and they did . New struts, oil leak in front and an broken motor mount I found out later. Went to pick tags still making noise. I told the Service Director and Used Car Manager I don't want vehicle because was Certified with problems. The Used Car Manager stated if not broken they don't fix. Still noisy went back said was nothing wrong even though tires are new and wearing. Even Finance department tries to play games. Quoted n extended warranty price at sale and was ready to purchase there on spot said it was an $1000 more then was written down. All around problems. Still waiting for Finance to all me back.

Inflated Prices!
Was given a price $3000 over MSRP for car. Also $300 for useless window etching ,they say you get a insurance discount not correct. Check with your insurance company. Also $300 for Lo Jack. Ask about these add on's that inflate the price before you make an appointment !

I love this company! We had the absolute worst experience ever from a competitor of theirs. I called up Joe Bruno for advice as I was completely unsure what could be done. Long story short? They took on all the problems as if they were the cause of it even though it was a different dealer. They fixed all theb problems and convinced this client to use their service department rather than the service dept where we got the car even though that dealer have so called free oil changes. I'd much rather have honesty that I pay for then a lie that is supposed to be free but boy did that company find a way to make money on your do called free oil changes. Princeton is honest, thorough and polite. I won't go anywhere else. Everyone there was just as professional as the next. Why go anywhere else?
