Sharrett went over the top for our family once again! This is the third vehicle we have purchased and it could not have been any easier. Kat Whitaker was once again the best to work with in purchasing our new Subaru Cross-Trek. We have purchased 1 VW and 2 Subaru vehicles (used and new cars) now from Sharrett and make it a point to drive from out of state to purchase our cars from there. I traded in a 13 year old truck (got a good trade in $$) and drove home in a new Mazda3 Hatchback! Couldn't be happier! I had gotten several internet quotes. My husband and I went in on a whim, no appointment. Jess ( our internet contact) was busy at that moment, but she quickly referred us to Andy. He was great to work with. Explaining the differences and reviewing details to allow us to make an informed decision with the model that we purchased. Jason in finance, also did good job reviewing the options for payment and coverage. I don't know the gentleman's name in the back, but he too did a very fine job getting our new car road ready. I believe all three of these men stayed beyond the regular working hours to accommadate us in our purchase. We were pleased with Sharrett five years ago with the purchase of our pickup. They continue to exceed our expectations. Highly recommened.

This was our first experience with Sharrett and our first Mazda purchase. We could not be any happier! We absolutely love our new Mazda 5. I submitted an internet inquiry on a Subaru at Sharett. I received a phone call the next morning, where we went over all of the information and pricing. I made an appointment to test drive the car. We agreed on where we wanted our monthly payments to be, and they got us a great loan APR and term. Everyone was polite, and we didn't have to spend hours in the finance office. They also gave me more than I anticipated for my trade in. Everyone was great to deal with, particularly Wanda Bennett and Dwayne Johnson.

I was looking for a new more gas friendly car for my commute this year. My husband had just had a great experience with Kat Whitaker at Sharrett so that's who we went to for my new Mazda 3. It was definitely the most pleasant and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. I will recommend Kat and Sharrett to my family and friends.

I went to Sharrett Mazda on Friday to have my old Miata serviced and while there took an interest in the new 2016. I worked with Kat Whitaker who was incredibly helpful in getting my old Miata traded in at a great price and get me driving out with the new 2016 one. It was a great buying experience, no hassle, no pressure on the sale or difficult haggling. A very smooth purchase experience and I'll be back soon with my wife so she can get a new car too.
