We got stranded on an Interstate on the way to visit relatives for the July 4th weekend with a leaking fuel line in a 2007 Buick LaCrosse. I asked to be towed to the Buick Dealer in Hagerstown, MD as that was our destination for the weekend. My son called ahead to let the dealership know we were coming. We were met by Ben True, Service Consultant, who assured us they would get right on it with determining what was wrong with the car exactly. They phoned us the next morning, asked us to come in, discussed the problems with the vehicle, the expense involved, the age and condition of the car, and what we wanted to do. Everyone was very helpful. We were referred to Derrin Gray, Sales Representative, who spent several hours working with us to come up with a deal on a new car and to get all the paperwork done so that we could drive away with a new 2015 Buick Verano that same day. I was totally impressed with this dealership and their unpressured handling of potential customers and wish we lived closer because they would be servicing my new car when needed. It was quite stressful as we were not expecting to purchase a new car but they made the experience as good as it could be under the circumstances in which we found ourselves. Even financing was worked out without a hitch. Our impression was that of an outstanding, understanding team of employees! Overall Experience was super!!!!

new car purchase

just purchased a new Passat after owning my jetta for over 13 years. it was pretty easy, no hard selling, comfortable and friendly.

Mazda 3 i Touring

Darrin Fowler was my sales person and he was great! Very patient, answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. He didn't pressure me at all, which I really appreciated. I will definitely go to him again.

You Made it Easy

I wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to Mick Forcino and Paul Steiding. I am a Sales Manager for Paving Products at a large Construction Equipment Dealer. I have been beat on by the best so when I am on the Buying side of the fence I know I may not always be the easiest Person to deal with. But that Said I stopped in about 6 weeks ago and Spoke with Mick and He introduced me to Paul. I don;t have alot of time so they presented me with a deal that I had to walk away from. After a few weeks I engaged both Mick and Paul via email, which with my schedule was the best for me. I made an Offer on a used Pick up which my Family budget could live with. No it was not what was on the internet or even advertised, but it was an offer, I could make work within our Budget. I got a response back from Paul asking if I could stop by and discuss with he and Mick. In less than an hour later we shook hands and Made the deal. I appriciate thier respect for My time and I genuienly tried to respect thiers. When dealing with me they were taking time away from somone else. My total amount of time spent at Sharrett including my first visit was probably 2 hours. this is the way at least for me I prefer to do business. Thanks to both Mick and Paul for respecting that I have a job, and a family and for making buying a used truck easy and quick. it is truley nice to see that Hand Shake Business is still available at Sharrett.

car hunting

I just wanted to say that the staff were friendly and very helpful. They did not beat around the bush at all. They even let me take the car home for a few days to try it out. the customer service was outstanding
