Easy experience

As a first time car buyer this was the most painless and comforting experience I think I could've had. They were polite and did everything they could to get my payment where I wanted it.

great service

Chad Cowans was the absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He went way beyond the call of duty helping me get the car checked out by my mechanic on the other side of town on his time. Best customer service out their, and prices are very fair. Check out Chad when you go to Keffer Mazda he will take care of you. His response time for any questions I had was spot on.

First Time Car Buyer Expecting More of a Hassle

First time car buyer who did their research and came in and knew what I was looking for. Mary Tweedle was ready and waiting to answer all of my questions. She talked to me and made sure I didn't feel like they were trying to shove the car down my throat. Let me look at my own pace, test drive as long and as far as I wanted. When it was time to discuss price they didn't try and push any special adds or dealer garbage on me. They were firm and transparent on the price and were willing to work with me until we could find a price that worked for everyone. Zac and Jay were excellent at both helping me find a price I could afford and slowly going through the paperwork so I could read everything and ensure I was getting what they said I was getting (I was). This was a great first car buying experience and I would recommend Keffer to anyone interested in buying a new or used Mazda.

"Great Adventure"

My story is long and drawn out so I will get to the point. When I first called for my Jeep Commander, I made contact with Mr. Rodney Roseboro. He was very nice and professional and he closed my sale. The process to get my car actually took about three weeks (on my end) and I spoke to several people over the course of that time, which all of them were very helpful and courteous. I was pleased with my car even though I live in Savannah, Georgia and I had to drive all the way up there (5.5 hours) in bad weather and a two hour detour. To add fuel to the flames about an hour into my ride home, a truck kicked some pebbles up and one bust my window, but all is well. I appreciate the friendly demeanor and pleasant atmosphere that they have and if I just happen to be looking for another discontinued fancy car I would use them again.

Straight Forward

Amazing

For years I had been taking my vehicle to other dealerships, but when my car broke down and needed a new engine all they gave me was the run around. Keffer Mazda greeted me with open arms and within a few days I was taken care of and back on the road. I don't think I will ever go to another dealership.

Great Experience

Chad Cowans was very helpful and honest. They gave me a fair price on my trade in upfront. Chad along with the whole team addressed any concerns I had. Overall my experience was a great one.

Online Purchase Success

The Keffer Mazda team is a winner! After hours of research, I found the car I wanted online at Keffer Mazda. Living 3 hours from the dealership, much of the car-buying process was completed via email and phone. I make purchases online all the time but not car purchases so I was a bit unsure about how this was going to turn out. Donnie Grant was my first contact with Keffer. He was persistent but not pushy giving me the tools I needed to decide to take the next step to reach out and find out more. Zac Kittle found the interest rate I wanted to get the exact payment I wanted, and my financing was approved before I made the trip to test drive the car. When I arrived at the dealership to make the final decision to purchase, my daughter and I were welcomed into a family-like atmosphere. Donnie applied his vast experience and knowledge to answer all of my many questions, work through the initial paperwork, and take the stress out of a big decision. Tony Rios made the financial paperwork (often the most difficult part) very easy. My family and I are very happy with the purchase of our Hyundai Accent. As a small business owner, the last thing I want is any added stress, and time is my most valuable asset. Keffer Mazda addressed my specific needs by creating an efficient, easy car-buying process. Most businesses compete on either convenience, cost, or service. Keffer Mazda competes on all three. Customer for life!

Awesome

These guys are very knowledgable, honest, and do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. My car needed some repair that was just out of warranty; however, they got it covered. No charge to me. Awesome!
