Right Toyota

This is the fifth Toyota that I have purchased so I am committed to and always have been satisfied with the brand. I’ve purchased Toyotas in Ohio, Texas and now Arizona and this buying experience was by far the best I have ever had. All the individuals (Paul Landau[sales], Bucky O’Connor [Finance]) were courteous, knowledgeable and actually listened to what I wanted. They never tried to redirect me to another purchase. Financing options were clearly explained and I felt absolutely no pressure to choose one over the other. I’m having some aftermarket cosmetic changes made to the vehicle and the service department (Tracy Andrews) not only contacted me quickly but gave me numerous options for appointment times to work around my schedule. It literally took five minutes to check in the car and be back on my way with a rental car that they provided. I will certainly recommend Right Toyota to friends and family in the market for new or used vehicle.

He knew every feature like he actually owned the cars. When it came to negotiations, the sales manager Fabio patiently walked us through leasing vs. purchase, explaining every detail until he was satisfied that we understood everything completely. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for the comfort level we felt with Raheem, we would have shopped around.
