I had a very disappointing experience during my recent

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent vehicle service. I dropped my vehicle off for servicing and arrived at the service center an hour after receiving the service completion message. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait for 5 minutes—but that wait extended to over an hour. Eventually, I realized that the staff member who had acknowledged me had already left for the day without letting me know of delay. I have contacted another employee to handle my case, and I came to the frustrating conclusion that I had waited for over an hour unnecessarily. This level of miscommunication and lack of responsibility is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service standards.

Fixing moonroof on my 2023 Outback moonroof.

There was an issue with my 2023 Outback moonroof. I took it to Steven Subaru dealer. The stuff were very professional. They gave a loaner car while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. I was very happy with customer service.
