Stay away

The guys do not return my money for cancelled maintenance plan which was cancelled half year ago. Probably they are just incompetent, but over time it looks like they have an intention to just steal the money. Around 20 calls and emails lead to nothing - their answer is "call later", "we will try", "we will call you back"(it never happens), "there is no one here" and so on. They say whatever but do not return the money. This is an expensive lesson for me to avoid doing any kind of business with people like that, and don't just trust an agreement.

Poor Customer Service

Sales Manager Andreas raised his voice on me while challenged on a simple fact. His own staff told me that I could pay op to 2K in Credit Card and the rest with Cash for down payment. But while finalizing my purchase, Andreas refused to take 2K in CC but just the cash. He insisted its their policy whereas I was told by his own associate otherwise. Instead of checking with his associate he raised his voice. That turned me off and I left immediately. I went to Fremont Premier Subaru the next day and made my purchase, using the same downpayment method. Andreas is not a polished sales manager, avoid him. There are way better options for you out there. BTW Fremont Premier Subaru not only matched the price, they gave a little more discount. Their courtesy and manner of treatment is way above these guys in Stevenscreek Subaru.

Impreza Recall Service

Our Impreza has 2 recalls pending. This dealer was happy to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance but when we took the car for the service there were no parts. That is OK, but what is not OK is that we did not get any heads-up, so 2 people, 2 cars and a half-day wasted. A healthy disregard for the service customer seems to be the attitude at Stevens Creek Subaru. This was our 3rd service visit and last if we can find another dealer to do the recalls.

The service team is very cool. The coffee, the ease in which to get the vehicle in for service and definitely the rental car.

Great, Timely Service.

I finally managed to jump start my car as the battery had failed and couldn't hold charge... I need to get it replaced asap before the engine is switched off. It was already late in the afternoon when I called subaru. I drove in and the bettery was replaced before I could finish my coffee. It was almost like a pit stop. Thank you subaru.
