    I met the Finance guy(Omar), 123 just like that, deal was done. He explained to me everything I needed to know, very knowledgeable guy. I was welcomed... to his office, he was kind enough to explain everything to me, then he gave me different options on my extended warranty for my MDX. Thanks Omer, I would recommend this dealership to everyone, nice people. I did an Oil change while I was there, I was treated very well. Thank you Joe Rizza Orland Park for hiring people like Omar.

    This was my best car buying experience ever. Gerard Dumas greeted me when I cam in and answered all my questions, accompanied me on the test drive and... walked the lot as we looked at color option. He never pressured me for a sale, asked when I wanted to buy. He simply provide information. When I asked for a price he found the GM - Pat Dazzo and gave me a great starting price. Once we agreed on specifics, they found acquired the vehicle with the options color I wanted within 24 hours and closed the deal. Pat and Gerard could not have been more professional and helpful. After the sales Gerard called to made sure everything was going well with the car. Fantastic experience overall.

    We are using Joe Rizza Acura service center for last 12 yrs. We can depend on them. We live in Munster, so, it is quite a drive for us. But we want to... keep it that way. I have 2006 Acura MDX ; I always take my car to them. Had couple of issues with them in the past. But each time they took care of it right away. Sorry, I do not know all the people in the service by their name. They are all reliable and friendly and knowledgeable ( mechanics).
