after having it in there 3 times Mike Lance finally got to the bottom of our problems and I do believe it is fixed we have not had any problems since so hopefully this is what was wrong with it

Prompt service
I brought my Yukon in for stabilization and abs issues. I expected to have to leave it all day. I was told that I could wait and I did. The issues were fixed and I was on my way within an hour.

Excellent service. ? need to replace whole part
Took car in at scheduled time after part received. Picked up car when ready. Car brought inside to me. Bitterly cold outside. Staff all pleasant. Problem resolved. Happy with dealership. Unhappy with cost of having to replace whole seat mechanism instead of just frayed cable.

Great customer service
I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades. Once that was completed, another issues was dedected with the PVC. The mechanic explained options and we decided on a course of action. Throughout this entire time Brandi Kunz made sure I understood the problem, the options, and time it would take to repair. Brandi exudes confidence, friendliness, and a Service Mindset. Hopefully you recognize Brandi for the value she provides as the face of the Labadie Service Dept.

DEALER WILL NOT BACKUP WHAT THEY SAY AND SELL
I BOUGHT A NEW 2013 GMC FROM THIS DEALER SHIP AND WAS TOLD IT WILL GET CLOSE TO MPG STATED ON WINDOW STICKER WHICH IS 15 CITY 21 HIGHWAY I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THEM AND GM FOR NINE MONTHS ON THIS PROBLEM . THERE SERVICE MANGER DROVE MY TRUCK AN GOT 14.8 MPG NOT EVEN CITY MILEAGE AND I WAS TOLD GM NOR DEALER WILL BACK THERE PRODUCT. SO I WOULD THING TWICE BEFORE I WENT HERE FOR A NEW CAR OR TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
